Avalon 406 is located on the 4th floor of the Beautiful Beach Club Resort. The Beach Club is one of a kind here on the Alabama Gulf Coast. This is a full-service resort that has all the amenities anyone could ask for. It is located 11.2 miles down Fort Morgan which is quiet and relaxing. You are not far from the Heart of Gulf Shores, but far enough to keep you out of the crowds. It features 3 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms and a half bath. An open concept kitchen, dining, and living room, with beautiful gulf views from the large balcony! The kitchen is fully stocked with all cooking essentials and offers a spacious bar with bar stools for additional guests. The living area has ample seating, flat-screen tv, queen sleeper sofa, balcony access, and an endless Gulf view!! The primary bedroom has a king bed, flat-screen tv, and balcony access with a beach view. 2nd guest room has a queen bed, and 3rd bedroom has two twin beds.
Important Things to Note:
* Renters must be at least 25 years of age.
*You must sign a rental agreement after booking property. Name and ID must match name on reservation.
* Pets are not allowed unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
Resort Amenities: * The Beach Club Resort & Spa do require an amenity wrist band for the use of their Clubhouse amenities which include: indoor pool, outdoor "club" pool, fitness center, game room, and kids’ activities at clubhouse. The wrist bands are completely optional and if desired would be purchased in the Clubhouse upon arrival. *The fee is per day, per condo (not per person).
Wristbands are NOT Required for the following Amenities: The use of the tower outdoor pool, hot tub and beach access. (You also have access to all the other tower pools and hot tubs). You have access to the poolside Cabana and Grill from the Boardwalk and do not need the wristbands to order food and drinks. Other activities that do not require wrist bands: Walking trails, activities court (basketball/shuffleboard), grills/picnic tables, The Mercantile (gift shop/store), The Village Hideaway (restaurant & arcade), The Village Creamery (ice cream shop), the food trucks at the Village Lawn (seasonal), and the Full-Service Spa or the Coast Restaurant (reservations recommended).

Vehicle Parking:
**Effective June 1, 2023, a new registration fee of The Beach Club Condominium Association goes into effect. All new and existing reservations arriving June 1st or later are subject to a registration fee.
Fee breakdown is as follows:
-Reservations less than 28 nights
-$40 per vehicle per stay with two vehicles automatically applied on reservation
-Reservations 28 nights or more
-$60 per vehicle per 28-night stay with one vehicle automatically applied on reservation
**This fee must be paid in advance at the time of booking.

Starting JUNE 1st
Beach Club Resort and Spa is implementing vehicle registration fees for guests arriving ON or AFTER June 1st, 2023. The fee will be $40.00 per vehicle per stay and day passes for visitors will be $7.00 per vehicle per day. More details about the registration process and parking passes will be delivered via text alert with updates to guests staying on or after June 1st. As of 04/03/23, this registration fee does NOT apply to guests currently staying or arriving before June 1st, 2023

Policies
If booking more than 30 days in advance a deposit of 30% is due at the time of booking. The final payment, along with a separate refundable security deposit of $250.00, is due 30 days prior to arrival.
If booking less than 30 days in advance the full amount, along with the separate refundable security deposit, must be paid at the time of booking.
Payments may be made via check, PayPal, Venmo, or credit card*
*Credit card payments will be charged a 3% processing fee.
- If canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
- No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. *CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
- *It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
