You may even catch sight of dolphins. Kayaks, canoes, paddle boards and bicycles are on site for rental. Great location: Off County Road 12 only 2 miles from the Foley Beach Express, 3 miles from Highway 59 and about 12 miles from Gulf Shores & Orange Beach. Less than 15 minutes from most tourist attractions and stores, yet far enough to avoid the congestion and noise of the tourist districts. Fabulous shopping and restaurant locations include: the Tanger Outlet Center, The Wharf and the Eastern Shore Center, as well as the new OWA Park and the Foley Sports & Tourism complex. Top rated golf courses in our area include The Peninsula, Craft Farms, Glen Lakes, Kiva Dunes, Rock Creek and many others. Other area activities: bike trails, in-shore or gulf charter fishing, sandy beaches and restaurants. Must be at least 30 years of age. Photos represent typical 3 BR unit, as all units are furnished similarly and have the same floor plan.

Policies
Please do not strip the bed linens or make the beds.
Please dispose of all garbage in the dumpsters on your way out (located across the parking lot in the wooden enclosure).
Please load the dishwasher and turn it on. You will be provided the dishwasher soap for the final cleaning of dishes in your starter kit.
Summer- please set thermostat to AC at 77; Winter- please set thermostat to heat at 60
During normal business hours, please lock the door and turn the keys in at the office. During after hours, please leave the keys in the white drop box by the office door. Lift lid to insert key. Check out time is by 10:00 am - No late check outs without prior approval, as we need time to clean the unit for arriving guests (Late C/O Fee:$100.00 per half hour (30 minutes) after 10:00am; after 12:00 noon, full daily rate applies).
Our cancellation policy does not provide refunds for unforeseen developments, such as illness, mandatory hurricane evacuations or similar events that can affect your stay. Summer Vacation
Great Property for all ages
Stayed June, 2021
This was a much needed family trip.
We booked this condo based on the numbers of people in the group and the location. We were greatly pleased at the condo, the amenities and it was exactly as advertised. The location was perfect and very quiet. We were also pleased that this was a first floor condo as we had two persons with disabilities. We enjoyed the pool, the local restaurants, driving distance to the beach and the staff were very pleasant and accommodating. We would recommend this location to others and would choose this location again.

Really quite perfect
The property is about 15 minutes away from foley and 30-45 away from beaches. But it was well worth it. Our place was HUGE!! We had 7 guests and plenty of room. It was clean and so nice to sit on the balcony or go to the pool. I absolutely loved it! *bring some extra toilet paper and paper towels, dishwasher and laundry detergent . Washer and dryer in condo made a huge difference

Worth it
This condo was so nice! We had a 3br/3 bath right next to the pool. We had a balcony overlooking the bad and it was absolutely perfect! We could walk to piers, watched the sunrise over the water. Others left reviews about “all the rules” but to me they were common sense and were not anything crazy. And we had 3 teens with us. Our kids loved it. It was about 15-20 minute drive to the closest restaurants and stores and such but it was worth it for the privacy and isolated feel the condo has. We had zero complaints, would stay there again. Please note- bring your own toilet paper and paper towels.

Quiet and convenient to all the beach has to offer
My family discovered this hidden gem a few years ago. We selected this location because it was away from the congested beach front areas but provided an avenue for water access. Specifically, their accommodation of allowing private boats that can be parked at their dock. The best beach access is only a short boat ride away while avoiding the road congestion and crowded public beaches. The community is beautiful and quiet. The condos are spacious and clean, providing all the basic items you need.

This will be our preferred place to stay when we come back.
The condo was spacious and clean. The pictures didn't do it justice; it looks better in person and exceeded my expectations! The area is quiet and private and they basically have everything you need to live here. I loved that my room was directly next to the pool and on the main level. I love my condo so much that I want to recommend it everytime I come back to Gulf Shores. The condo accommodated everybody comfortably and with their own space. The scenery is great for pictures as well because of the boardwalk in the back. Wolf Bay Landing Condos are very relaxing and decorated very nicely. I wish our stay could've been longer, at least a week, but I've enjoyed my stay for the weekend I was here.
