We loved staying in this beautiful condo. The views were fabulous and the amenities were extraordinary. Karrie was always available for any questions or concerns as well as providing recommendations for eating and entertainment. We'll definitely be looking at booking with her again the next time we visit the gulf coast.

The location, the view, the condo, and the beaches. It was so perfect! Karrie is so awesome to rent from and you can tell she thought of everything when decorating and setting it up for guests! We loved our time here and will be back!

We have been renting condos in OB for nearly 30 years and this unit definitely ranks as one of the best places we have had the pleasure of staying at. The unit is tastefully decorated, extremely clean and all furniture and appliances are in excellent condition. Exceptional patio furniture with room for a family to enjoy a meal overlooking the lazy river and the Gulf of Mexico. Kitchen is very well equipped with plenty of cookware and dishes for a large group.

Our condo was everything that we expected and more! I’d give the cleanliness a 10 star if it were an option. The place is very relaxing with everything stocked that you could think of as far as living on a day to day basis. Beautiful direct views of the beach from the balcony is always an extra bonus! Definitely will be staying again!

We had a great time at this beautiful condo with a gorgeous view from the balcony. The owner was great to communicate with and very responsive. We arrived to find everything exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Everything is so nicely decorated - very comfortable! In the bedrooms, we really appreciated the USB ports, comfy beds and nice linens. The kitchen is very well stocked with plenty of dishes, glassware, pots/pans & utensils. And there is plenty of pantry space! The family area is perfect for relaxing and spending time together watching tv or playing games. Perhaps our favorite place was the balcony - it has 2 comfy lounge chairs and a tall table for 6 that is perfect for outdoor meals and dolphin watching. The condo is in a great location just minutes to restaurants and Publix. The grounds are very well maintained and the access to the beach is perfect. Oh, and the elevators in the building are the best I’ve ever experienced in a large complex. We had a great stay and highly recommend!

Working between 2 hurricanes we finally made it for our 10 day stay in Orange Beach and we are so glad we did! The owner was extremely accommodating and very easy to work with! She is very friendly, responsive and attentive to our every question. She makes you feel like family! We arrived to find a beautiful condo with a gorgeous view of the beach! This is not a typical vacation condo. The owners furnishings are first class. You sense the pride the owner has in the unit. The appointments are very nice, the decorating is beautiful yet, family friendly. Each of the 3 bedrooms are large, have very comfortable beds, plenty of room in each closet and dresser, with a spacious bathroom attached. She even thought to include USB ports in the bed stand for your iPhone to charge. Master bedroom has a great view of the gulf, master bath has a shower and garden tub. The den is spacious with a vaulted ceiling and a great big screen tv with every station or streaming option you can imagine. It is a warm comfortable environment perfect for playing cards with the kids or watching the big game. The kitchen has everything you’d need for cooking. It has both a coffee brewer and Keurig. The refrigerator and freezer are large with plenty of room. There is a separate ice maker in the bar. All the appliances are new. There is a great lazy river and slide for the kids as well as an indoor pool for the little ones. Access to the beach is quick. The condo is in a wonderful location minutes from great restaurants and across the street from Publix. Wonderful stay! Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a lot of rentals but this one is by far the best. The property was clean, very well stocked and beautiful. Nothing was ignored to ensure our comfort. We also had the pleasure of dealing with an owner that was kind and very responsive to all our questions and concerns. And then there's the view! Thank you Toes in the Sand for making our family vacation so memorable....we WILL be back!
