Beautiful condo! The pictures did not do it justice! Our family of 6 adults had plenty of room to spread out and lots of comfortable seating for all. The kitchen was very well stocked and thought out. Bedrooms had blackout curtains/shades and beds were so comfortable! Karrie put so much attention to detail in her condo and was such a delight to work with!

This unit was amazing! My extended family of 8 had plenty of room. I’ve stayed at plenty of condos on the Alabama beaches and this is by far my favorite. They supply everything including beach items, and games. The next time I stay down there it will be this unit!

I was a little concerned about not being able to “see” the beach from the 16th floor but the view is gorgeous! You can look at the lazy river, the water slide and friends/family on the beach! The furniture inside is very comfortable as is the balcony furniture! The condo has plenty of room for our family of 5 adults and 2 children! We had a wonderful stay here and will be renting this condo again!!

A very nice new property. The best stocked condo I’ve ever stayed in, even included beach chairs and toys. Friendly manager/owner. I loved the large condo on a smaller property, which made it easier to get to everything. Distance from the boardwalk to the beach was relatively short. We enjoyed using the barbecue pits downstairs. The kids loved the slide and everyone spent time in the lazy river. Would love to rent this condo again!

The owner of this condo was pleasant to work with. She made sure that everything was just perfect for our visit and if it wasn’t she immediately made it right! The condo was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. The view is amazing from the 16th floor! Lazy river and water slide were also a big hit with my family. The parking deck was also very roomy so I could actually park my oversized SUV without hitting the person next to me. Overall visit was wonderful!!

This property is wonderful and unit 1605 is wonderful and is everything that is advertised. We could not ask for more. Spacious and decorated very tastefully. The closet across the hall for beach accessories was especially nice. Security appears present at any hour and the enclosed hall ways are great too. If you want to be in an area that is close to everything and able to walk to alot of stuff, this is it.
As for the Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area. We used to come to the area every year when our kids were little. Our last visit was 12 years ago. It is amazing what a decade will do !! We enjoyed this beach because it was quiet and not crowded. Unfortunately, this has changed. There are people and cars everywhere !! When asking the locals what was going on, the common phrase was "this place has blown up" ! We tried to dine at The Hangout and the wait was over 2 hours long-sorry that's just not our style. Very few restaurants accept reservations, like Big Fish (which I highly recommend). Honestly, we liked it before it blew up. It was actually a fun, yet sad, visit for us, since it was just not the way we remembered it. I just hope, for the people of the areas sake, that Gulf Shores/Orange Beach does not turn into another Myrtle Beach, but it sure looks like it is on its way.

Hands down best vacation stay I’ve ever experienced. The condo was so beautiful and clean. It was fully stocked with just about everything you need to enjoy your stay. Karrie the owner worked with me from the beginning to the end regarding our stay. If we ever come back to Orange Brach, there isn’t anywhere else I’m going to stay but here. If you chose to stay here you will not regret it.

Very family oriented with a lot of options for fun and entertainment. Management very friendly and easy to work with. Place was beautifully decorated and clean. Kitchen had everything necessary if you wanted to eat in. Golf, beach, arcades, music plenty of options, also great pool options if salt and sand is not your cup of tea. We had a great time and look forward to a return visit.
