Everything about the condo exceeded our expectations! The decor was very welcoming & was furnished with everything we needed. Communication was excellent. Every email or text was promptly responded to. Thank you for sharing your home to my family. We had a very memorable stay:-) We hope to stay again next year!

This was a wonderful condo, probably one of the best we've stayed in. It was extremely clean and very well stocked. The location to the beach is perfect! The owner, Karrie, was wonderful to work with and was very quick to respond to any questions.

Karrie is an awesome host with an awesome place to stay. The decor and floor plan work so good. Lots of room so you aren’t in each other’s space. Very comfortable sofa and chairs. Enjoyed some very relaxing time on the balcony. Would love to stay again

Our family of 7 stayed at Karrie's condo last week and it was an absolute dream. I read other reviews that stated she has thought of everything and they were right! The kitchen was stocked with dishwashing liquid, salt and pepper, all the dishes you could possibly need and the washer and dryer area was stocked with laundry pods, dryer sheets and other miscellaneous items. Her owners closet was full of beach chairs, tents, and sand toys and buckets galore. These extras saved us well over $200. We never felt cramped and the patio was a favorite as we were able to see dolphins, Stingrays and the Blue Angels even flew by. Conveniently located across the street were plenty of grocery stores, restaurants and just about anything you could possibly need. I would hands down recommend this condo to any family member or friend! Karrie is wonderful

This is a beautiful- exceptionally well appointed- 3 bedroom/3bath condo! Beautiful view of The Gulf from the spacious balcony! We were 6 mature ladies and there was plenty of room for all of us! The kitchen is stocked with everything you may need for cooking and the wet bar was a bonus with plenty of champagne and wine glasses! We loved the condo and the owner is so pleasant - answered all our questions! One of my best experiences in Orange Beach since I’ve been coming here for years! Thank you for providing us an exceptional “girls beach adventure”!!!!

Couldn’t have picked a better condo for our first trip to Orange Beach. Condo very clean, very comfortable beds, decor very nice, plenty of space for our family to spread out. We did not cook but kitchen looked well stocked with good quality cooking supplies (very rare in a rental from my experience). The owner Karrie was very nice to work with, offered early check in as condo was cleaned and ready prior to 4:00 which would have been awesome if we could have taken advantage. Rent this place, you won’t regret it!

As a family, we have been coming to Orange Beach for the last few years and we have to say that Phoenix Orange Beach 1605 has been our favorite place to stay so far!!! Karrie has been the absolute best owner to work with, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. She was always fast to reply and helpful with any questions we had!!
The unit was perfect. Beautifully decorated with a great view of the Gulf of Mexico!! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (top quality too!) and the use of the beach equipment and toys ended up saving us a lot of money on beach service fees!! We feel that we have found our "home away from home" at the Phoenix Orange Beach 1605 and will definitely be booking through Karrie again!! Thanks so much for a great vacation!!
