Everything was fine except the surprise $50.00 + parking fee for the week. The parking lot was about 20% full after Labor Day. Not sure what the fee is for but next time I will know to ask about a parking fee wherever I look.

Nice layout, very comfortable and quiet. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils and appliances for the occasional meals we prepared. Great view of the ocean! Phoenix East is my favorite property.

Very comfortable and quiet. Great ocean view, kitchen well stocked with utensils and appliances if you want to eat in. The bathroom was big enough for me and my wife without having to compromise sink space! Phoenix East is well maintained and never wait long for elevators.
