#302 did not disappoint!

This condo was just as advertised and I would recommend it highly to anyone. Not only was it beautiful and clean, the kitchen was the best stocked of any condo that we have rented previously. We brought a stock pot with us for shrimp boils but did not need to since there was already one there. Usually we feel that the kitchen is a place for the owner to just off load items that they no longer use, however you could tell that all of these kitchen items, including pots and pan, etc. were bought specifically for this home to be complete. Extra bedding and pillows were abundant and all of the furniture was comfy. The owner was super attentive when needed and even text me to let me know when the unit was ready a little early on our arrival date. Loved this unit and would request it again.

Perfect

What can we say, staying here was just what we needed for a little getaway, the view was beautiful, the condo was very clean and spacious. Great location on the beach

Wonderful Time!

We really enjoyed our time at the beach, the weather was beautiful the whole time we were there. You have a beautiful condo and we will definitely keep you in mind the next time we go back. Thank you for everything, we had a wonderful time.

Great location

The property was located on a great place and had amazing access to the beach. I love the balcony and the view. The property was well stocked with lots of things for home and it made it easy to cook for a family of 5. There were plenty of pillows and bedding. If I had one criticism it's that the couch needs to be updated. The bed was fine for a 60 pound 8 year old, but anyone heavier than that would have had some issues with the the thin mattress and bar in the back and it needs a good cleaning. Maybe a couch and living room furniture that is leather or wipe able (especially during Covid times) would be better. But that is a nit pick, it worked fine for our family, but just think other that would be using that as a bed, might want to bring an air mattress instead. The other tip would be to use the stairs. The elevators are impossible. We did the stairs except when checking in and checking out and it took 25 minutes for the elevator on our check out day, but we didn't want to lug everything down 3 flights of stairs. It is a short walk down three flights to get to the beach and I highly recommend it.

A Slice of Paradise

Great location and access to the beach/ocean. Balcony was wonderful and shaded all day. The kitchen was well stocked with utensils. Nice pool and lounge chairs. Debbie was a pleasure to work with and was quick to respond to our questions.

Family vacation.

We enjoyed our stay here at Phoenix East! Debbie was readily available with any needed communication. We loved the view and the location by the pool. The condo had everything we needed! We had a great time here.

4th of July weekend getaway

This was the perfect place for a beach trip! Everything was nice and neat. Debbie was very easy to work with and had all the info we needed! Highly recommend staying here!

Mother/Daughter Beach trip

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Ms. Debbie condo owner was sweet. Condo was great. The only issue was the 4 days we were there 1 of the 3 elevators was out of service and on check out morning only 2 were working
My group stayed waiting to get on elevator for 30 minutes and finally gave up and hauled everything down the stairs to car. Besides that weather was beautiful.
