This property is beautifully decorated, super comfortable, and extremely clean. We didn't use the pool, but it looked wonderful as well. The beach was fantastic and we were lucky enough to see a pod of dolphins 2 of the 3 afternoons we were there. The view from the balcony couldn't be beat. Also, we were so impressed by how much thought went into things. From the magnification mirror in the master to extra blankets, to nice name brand kitchen utensils and cups. I'm used to VRBOs having only the bare minimum, but this was definitely not the case here. We'll book here again for our next beach stay.

We decided on a last minute spring break trip. Have stayed in numerous condos in the area, but never Phoenix East. Great condo, beautifully furnished and decorated, perfectly maintained, and had everything in the kitchen you could possibly need. We had an excellent experience and I would reccomend this owner and unit to anyone!

We had such a great stay at this condo, it is in a great location and the condo was very nice and clean. Debbie was extremely helpful and very responsive, I would definitely stay here again.

I had great experience in renting this property. I love that I did not have to go out of my way to another location to pick up the condo key. Loving the key pad door code concept.

Perfect for 3 high school friends of 30+ years to reunite. We lived the place and the condo was extremely comfortable.
