This was our second time to stay in the Penthouse! The owners are AMAZING!! They are always available for any questions & are always so accommodating! The upgrades are nice! We love the view & how quiet it is. Not like hotels where you can hear kids running up & down the halls. Gulf Shores is our go to vaca spot. & the Penthouse is the only place we will stay!

Just what we needed. This condo is the best we have ever rented and we have rented several. The location is perfect, the condo is perfect and Tracy and Brian are awesome to work with. The condo is newly decorated to perfection and immaculate. The beds are very comfortable which makes for a great night’s sleep. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil you could possibly need and while cooking and doing dishes you can look out at the ocean and the beach. The sunsets in the evening were gorgeous which can also be seen from the many windows along the west side of the condo. We were also impressed with the quickness of the elevators. We never had to wait and with the short walk to the beach you could there in a few minutes. Besides the condo being perfect we also enjoyed the restaurants, the food, the casual atmosphere and the friendly people. This is our new favorite place!!! Can’t wait to go back!!

This condo was perfect! Great things about this condo: *LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION! This building is the last one on the east end of the beach before the state park. Made out beach not crowded at all (especially the 4th of July week) *Roomy- this layout was great and plenty of room for out family of 4 (with 2 teenage children) *Decor- beautiful, soothing, tasteful. *Kitchen- my husband is the cook in our family and he said the way the kitchen was stocked was better then any other condo we had ever been in. *Beds- all the beds are updated and very comfortable. *Unit location- The condo is on the end of the building. There is no one above you and no one to the right. And because of this there are windows all on the side of this condo making it seem so much more roomy. Makes the views of the sunsets from the balcony phenomenal!! *The owners- Tracy and Brian were great. Tracy was great at responding to all of my questuions before and during the rental. And I received our deposit back in a week. Talking about it is making me want to go back. You should have no concerns about renting this unit. You will not be disappointed. I think that this is the first time out whole family agreed that we wouuld definitely rent this condo again! We love Gulf Shores- it is our fave.

We had such a great time! The penthouse was definitely the way to go! The beds are really comfortable & we had plenty of room for all 5 of us! The views are AMAZING from every room in the place! Really enjoyed my morning coffee on the balcony, listening to the ocean...Can't wait to go back! We will definitely be renting from Brian & Tracy from here on out! :)

Beachcombers at the Royal Palms is what you see is exactly what you get! The condos view are beach front and are stunning of a complete aerial view of the whole beach since it sits up high on the corner your isolated and it's very private. The condo is well equipped of everything you need. Very kid friendly and a large unit its very spacious for many guests. It was very clean, quaint, and very homey with all the cute beachy decor!! The owner Tracy was very helpful with all of our needs. We plan on coming back to this unit and this unit only for every beach getaway...this was our very own piece of paradise we loved it!

We just arrived at the condo and were very pleased at how spacious and bright it is. It has been newly painted and decorated. Beautiful furnishings and accents. We have done VBRO several times and this condo is far the nicest we have rented. You can see the sunrise in the morning from the balcony and watch the sunset as you eat dinner. The whole complex is clean and right on the beach. Obviously, we made a great choice!

This condo was exceptionally clean and had all the amenities we were looking for. The kitchen was supplied with all the items needed for cooking and serving meals and snacks. Tracy was great to work with on scheduling and working out the contract. It was very convenient to have the keyless entry and thoughtful to have beach chairs available to take to the beach. We really enjoyed the beach themed decor and comfortable beds. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful time in this beautiful condo. The views from all the windows were amazing! The condo was very clean and well decorated. The beds were very comfortable and was a big plus for us. When you go on vacation it's nice to have a good nights rest on a comfortable bed. Even the bunk beds were very soft. The Sommers were great to work with and very hospitable. Last week was our third year in a row staying in this lovely condo. We are always pleased. Beds are super comfy, kitchen well stocked, nicely decorated and a great supply of books, games and movies (Headbanz game was our daughters' favorite this year). Being the end unit is awesome because having windows all along the side of the condo really opens it up. Of course our favorite thing about this condo has to be the location. It is the last building before the pier. We go 4th of July week every year and when we look down the beach it is SO CROWDED - but not at our end - it really is the best thing about it. And Tracy is great to work with - she is great at communication and makes sure everything is satisfactory once we get there. I would recommend this condo to anyone. Looking at the pics here on the site is making me miss it already (:
