All the comforts of home!

We had a wonderful extended stay in March! The location and beach front views are wonderful. Royal Palms is at the quieter end of the beach which was wonderful during spring break, but still close enough to great places to eat and shop. Quiet building with great elevators. It's CLEAN, adorable, well equipped, and so comfortable. The recliner in the living room was a HUGE plus for hubby! Tracy and Brian are some of the best owners we've had the pleasure of sharing their vacation home with. Always open communication and immediate responses to any questions before during and after! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Royal Palms 1308

My husband and I stayed about a month in this beautiful beach condo. Everything was perfect. It has Everything you need. Views are out of this world. Tracy is the sweetest person ever. Don't hesitate to rent. It is also decorated like a beach house. I just can't say enough. If possible I will be returning. Thanks Tracy!!!

This is our second trip to Royal Palms but our first in The Sommers condo. This condo is fantastic. You can see the beach from every room. It is clean and updated. The kitchen has everything you could need. The beds are comfortable and large. The Livingroom has recliner which my husband enjoyed. Tracy is so nice and quick to respond to communications. All around this is an excellent place to stay and we will 100% rent again.

Beautiful Condo With Stunning Views!

We had the absolute best week at the Sommertime Beach Bums condo! The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for the week. Everything was updated and beautiful in the condo. The views were phenomenal and you can see the ocean from every room. We used the beach service and had an umbrella and chairs waiting for us every day. The condo is located at the end of the beach so it was much less crowded than other parts of the beach. The kids loved both the indoor and outdoor pools. We even saw dolphins every morning from the patio! We absolutely 100% recommend staying here! It was heavenly!

Will visit again

This was our first trip to the Royal Palms and Gulf Shores. The condo was in great condition with amazing views from every window. The Sommers were wonderful to work with and we will be returning!!

Another great vacation!

We have stayed at Royal Palms for several years and love this condominium! This was the third time at the Sommers unit and they never disappoint. I will continue to go as long as they let me. Thank you for another great family vacation!

Royal Palms 5 stars

We have been vacationing in Gulf Shores since 2008 and we love the Royal Palms! It really has the best location in Gulf Shores. Tracy and Brian’s condo is comfortable, very clean, well stocked and has excellent views from the balcony and the west facing windows. Tracy communicates before, during and after your visit. You can’t go wrong booking this condo. The new shower in the master bath is very nice and the addition of the sound machines in both bedrooms was a nice surprise this year. Thanks for sharing your beach home away from with us!

Week at Gulf Shores

What a treasure!!! Our family of five enjoyed seven fabulous days at this condo. Everything was perfect. From excellent communication throughout the booking process to easy checkin/out. The condo has everything you need for your stay, plenty of space and breathtaking views!!! The beach is gorgeous and uncrowded. You are located close to everything, but far enough away for a peaceful, relaxing stay. The unit was clean and we had zero issues during our stay. Tracy was so helpful with quick responses to emails and providing all the information needed to checkin in a timely manner. Should we find ourselves having another Gulfshores vacation, we would definitely stay with Tracy and Brian again. Thank y’ all so much for a wonderful stay and lots of sweet memories with our boys!!

Back for year 10!

We love vacationing at Royal Palms! This is our 10th year there. Tracy and Brian's condo is in the perfect location for wonderful views and no street noise. The condo is well maintained and very clean. The communication with owners is professional. You will not be disappointed when you rent this condo!

Spring break getaway

This was our first time to Gulf Shores. The Sommers' rental was just as advertised and was conveniently located to restaurants, shops and of course ... the beach! The unit was clean and nicely decorated, and the views were incredible. The bed in the master bedroom was super comfy and everything was updated throughout. We appreciated the open communication before and after our stay. We highly recommend!
