Birthday trip

Fabulous condo excellent locate, it is a beautiful condo, huge master bedroom with door to balcony so you can just bounce out of that huge king bed and a couple of steps your on that wonderful balcony. Loved the color on wall in master bath made me look good every day .The view is awesome plus when you sit on balcony you are under shade which makes feel cooler with the breeze. It is very clean very well maintained. Love love love it. Just steps from the beach. It has mirrors on the wall which gave us added amusement...alittle scary to see yourself so earliy in the morning. This condo is well worth renting it is just beautiful owner is wonderful warm lady to rent from thanks again for the use of your beautiful condo

Amazing condo!

We have been renting condos in the Orange Beach area for several years. This has been, by far, our favorite. The upgrades, the color scheme, the decor, everything you would expect at the beach. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had everything we needed. Drinking coffee on the balcony each morning while watching he dolphins play was our favorite part. We will definitely rent this condo again!

We are so pleased that of all of the Orange Beach condos that you have rented in the past ours is your "favorite". That is a great compliment! The spacious balcony and view were very attractive to us when we were searching for a condo on the beach. We spend many hours on the balcony when we are able to visit. I hope you will return again soon.

Nice condo on the beach.

We had a great time staying at this condo. It was very clean and well equipped and was as advertised. The master suite was awesome, while the second bedroom was small with twin beds that may present a problem if two couples were to rent it, however we had no problem with it. That bedroom had no closet which would have been beneficial, however the bathroom with shower across the hall was almost like having it attached to the bedroom. The views from the deck were awesome as it was the sixth floor, the perfect height. Our deposit was returned immediately after leaving. The owner was pleasant to work with as she offered to help many times during our stay. A wonderful experience.

Beautiful!

Perfect place for our girls week! Kathy was wonderful to work with and the condo had everything we needed for our vacation!

This is the best condo on OB!!!! Kathy is great to work with and the condo has all you will need from kitchen supplies to linens to toys and the new patio furniture is comfy..we enjoyed the view watching dolphins, boats, parasailing..the food is great as we ate at Tacky Jack's, Moes BBQ, DQ, Docs, Reds and Ribs, Rotollos Pizza (twice) Shrimp Basket and the weather was perfect....pool clean and this is our second stay at Kathy's our home away from home....Joy the housekeeper does a great job and we rate the place a 10 plus......grandson went fishing caught a crab and 2 fish and granddaughter had a blast...we ate alligator bites and fried pickles and had another wonderful vacation and will return in 2017......THANKS AGAIN KATHY SEE YOU IN 2017!!!!!!!!!!! perfect place to vacation...place clean and would recommend to others and hated to leave

Amazing stay!

Don't look any further! My family and I stayed in Kathy's condo the last week of June and had an amazing stay. When we return we know where we will be staying. We walked into a spacious, very clean condo. We loved so many things about this stay. The view is breathtaking. The location is convenient to everything orange beach has to offer. We always got a great spot on the beach. The parking was great. Kathy checked in on us. My husband said this is the best condo we've ever stayed in. Thanks Kathy for everything!

We also feel that the amazing view and convenient location can't be beat! Being one of the smaller condo buildings is also great as the beach in front of the condo is not as crowded as it is by the bigger complexes. We're glad you enjoyed our condo and that you had a great time in Orange Beach!

Wonderful Condo

From start to finish our stay at Silver Beach was wonderful. I can’t say enough about how fantastic the owner Kathy was. She quickly and completely answered all of the questions I had prior to booking the condo. When we arrived we found a beautifully decorated, beautifully appointed, very clean, and very welcoming condo. Shortly after our arrival Kathy checked with us to be sure that all was well. The extra touches that Kathy has thought of are above and beyond and made our stay so comfortable. We truly felt like valued guests. We loved the friendly people also staying in the building, the beach, the dolphin sightings each morning, and the great seafood in the area. I was amazed to find that our security deposit was returned in less than 24 hours after our stay. When we return to the area Kathy’s is the only place that we would stay!

Marvelous Condo

We have stayed at numerous condos in Orange Beach and this one is at the top. Kathy makes the trip to the beach just wonderful! She takes a personal interest in your satisfaction. The condo is welcoming, comfortable, well stocked and clean. The boardwalk to the beach is short – great for little ones who leave their flip flops in the room. We will definitely come back to Kathy’s place and have recommended it to other family members!

Absolutely Love this Condo.

This is the second time we have visited Orange Beach and stayed at this condo. I am sure it will not be the last. The rental unit has even small details that make your stay even better, like beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, and a boccie ball set. It's comfortable, clean, and has a beautiful view. The owner, Kathy checks in with you to make sure everything is okay and is easily accessible if you have any problems. She is a delight. Everything is organized and well laid out. The condo is close to everything and the beach is beautiful. We have made many fond memories at Gulf Shores and I'm sure we'll be back to make more and we'll definitely use this condo again.

Great condo

My family absolutely loved the condo and its location. Everything you possibly want is within minutes. The zoo,great dining,boat tours and shopping. Condo was very clean and the view was amazing. Loved it so much probably coming back next year.
