I couldn't have asked for a better stay for me and my family! The condo was beyond perfect and the view was just as great! Kathy is a WONDERFUL property owner! I can not wait to come back!! You will miss out if you don't choose this! Beyond the BEAUTIFUL beach and condo, many places to shop, dine, and explore!

We had an awesome time! The condo was perfect and the weather was great the entire week. We had some last minute conflicts that could have affected our arrival date, so we emailed the owner, Kathy, and let her know the situation. She was very understanding and gracious. Eventually the situation worked itself out and we were able to check in as scheduled, but it was comforting to know that she was sincerely concerned and was willing to go above and beyond our expectations. Kathy was the perfect host. The beach and the pool weren't crowded at all. This was the perfect time, after school is back in session but before the Labor Day rush. We like to try out different locations, so we seldom use the same place twice, but we might have to rethink that philosophy now. We would definitely go back!

Five stars doesn't come close to what we feel our stay deserves !! The condo was everything and more! Kathy was amazing to work with! The location is perfect , shopping and eating all within a short drive or walk. Kathy had a folder of menus and other activities around us that we referred to several times ! We got to see dolphins every morning from the deck. The beds and bedding were so comfortable

Absolutely in love with this condo and the location. It's so "beachy" and close to all of the necessary amenities - we loved being able to walk across the street for restaurants, the grocery, and ice cream

Thanks for your feedback. We are very happy you enjoyed both our condo and our hospitality and had a wonderful vacation. I spoke with property management regarding the elevators. Apparently a young child was playing with the buttons which caused one of the elevators to be down for a couple hours. I am very sorry for any inconvenience . Easy to rent and do business with Kathy! Condo complex was nice and just like pics showed. It was comfortable and close to everything. We usually stay closer to Perdido so it was so nice not being in the car over 2 minutes to go almost anywhere. We got spoiled with the nice pool, the awesome condo and being right on the beach. The beach service was worth the $. The beach service here on this beach is very attentive. View from our condo was great with view of dolphins playing almost every morning! We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again! We had a blast, even if weather didn’t allow us to be on the beach every day. We had a great time! Fun and relaxing time! We noticed a lot of the folks that stay in this building are staying for multiple times and everyone we met was incredibly nice.
