This is a private house that is surrounded by non-rental homes. You are further down the beach away from the high-rises and congestion. You will be in an area that has 100ft wide lots with lower traffic on the road as there are fewer houses past us. When your on the bay side so there is no rip tide and no strong currents in the bay. The bay starts out very shallow and very gradually gets deeper. The perfect place for young one's to safely experience the wonders of the beach.

Depending on the season there can be rays, clams, and many other wonders of an active bay.

If you would like to enjoy the gulf you simply need to cross the street and the gulf is waiting with a near empty beach.
