This is a great property. The kitchen has everything you might need including an automatic drip coffee maker. A keurig won't work for our coffee drinkers! The house is well stocked with towels and linens. I never felt like I had to "make do" with anything the entire stay. King bed was comfy. Great view from the porch and short walk to the beach. We liked it so much we booked it again. :)

We absolutely loved this property. It was clean, bright, and very well equipped. Comfortable beds, nice linens. It had a very nice kitchen. We cooked the major of our meals, and needed for nothing. Communication with the owners was so easy. They were so great about answering questions. The walk to the beach was short and easy. I can’t say enough about how much we loved The Playful Pelican!

This is our second time staying at Playful Pelican. We highly recommend this wonderful house! Location is such a short walk to the beach and house is so comfortable. Owners are very friendly and helpful! We had another fantastic, relaxing week! Will be back!

Location and house were amazing. Quiet, close walk to the beach. Not super crowded. House was perfect for my husband and I. Cute, clean, inviting. We didn’t need for anything. Owners made it so easy for us - available anytime and provided detailed instructions. I worked a lot so the WiFi and desk set up kept me productive while the convenience of having beach towels, chairs etc made the trip to beach efficient for the travel prep. Sad to leave but i can’t say thank you enough for sharing the playful pelican with us. I’m leaving feeling renewed.

This is a great little house on a good street, with a family friendly perfect stretch of beach. When we left to check out more of the area, the kids protested, and they were right. This beach area was the cleanest, nicest, and super convenient from the house. Some of the other, neighboring streets were kind of spooky in the off season, but this street wasn't. The house was great and open living area worked well as a place for quality family time. We saw dolphins, the Blue Angels, lots of birds. Kids played in the sand and picked up shells and we all boogie boarded. We saw anglers catching fish, so might try that next time.

This property is amazing - better than the pictures. Owners were fantastic to work with and the property was very clean and had everything you could possibly need. Decor was tasteful and modern. Beach was clean and not busy since we visited in October. We will be back and will stay here again. Wish we could give a higher rating than 5
