Location Location Location!

As they say, it is all about the location. 313 Sugar Beach is situated in the heart of Orange Beach, close to restaurants and activities, but just outside of the crowds, which makes it absolutely perfect. The sugar white sand is only steps away, and from the deck, you can easily hear and see the ocean.

The beach is simply amazing. There are plenty of shells to gather and miles of hiking, with stops such as Gulf State Park, The Lodge at Gulf State Park and the Gulf Shores Fishing Pier along the way.

The owner, Renee, is just a pleasure to deal with. Whether in the booking phase, check-in, or the random ‘I’ve accidentally locked an interior door,’ she is most responsive and always considerate.

We are multi-year, long-term visitors to 313 Sugar Beach, and hope your next vacation includes this address as well. You will most definitely enjoy it!

Perfect Stay

We had so much fun and the condo was just a pictured. The access to the beach and pools was perfect for our stay. 10/10 will be back for sure.

Great space for small family

Great space for small family. Good amenities. Upstairs is the spacious bedroom with a king size bed a bathroom and little closet area. The bathroom is a tub/shower oh and pull down on the ring thing where the water comes out to turn on the shower. Not going to lie it took me a hot minute to figure that out. Haha. Very comfortable area. Downstairs is the couch that fold out into a bed. Bring extra blankets. Living room is spacious. The kitchen has just about anything you can need. A regular coffee pot. Bring extra dish washer pods and dish soap if you plan on cooking a lot. The washer is a combo washer and dryer small loads bring extra laundry soap. Also bring TP and paper towels. Paper plates also. The second bathroom is next to the laundry room with a stand up shower. The condo is great there are carts to help with getting stuff to and from and there are three large pools and a kiddi pool area all open until 11pm. Best time we found was around 4 but there were never really all that crowded m. Beach access is great too. You literally walk right onto the beach. And it’s not all that crowded. Go walk the beach at night it is calming.

Great condo!

The condo was great! Very clean and Ms Renee is amazing! The only complaint is the washer/dryer. It is very small and only washes/dries a few items at a time. Otherwise, our stay was amazing!

Already Booked Again!

We enjoyed our stay at this condo. The condo had everything we needed for our time there. Perfect location for shopping, dining, and walking the Gulf State Park. The owner was fantastic with communication. We will definitely return to this condo!

Value with a View

We rented 313 Sugar Beach for 90 days and absolutely loved our time there. The unit is well maintained and has all the amenities of home, including a very comfortable mattress. Everything was clean and just the right size so cleanup was a breeze. The deck is large enough to enjoy morning coffee while listening to the waves. This condo is only steps from the white sands of Orange Beach, which made it even better. I was working remotely quite a bit and when work ended, our feet were in the sand within minutes. Renee is just as wonderful. She is very helpful and responsive as the unit owner, and the Sugar Beach staff always friendly. The overall experience was so nice that we have already made our next booking and counting the weeks until that experience begins.
