My family of 4 came to OB for a week, it was our first time to go to the beach as a family. Sugar Beach 313 couldn't have been more perfect. Sugar Beach condos themselves are SUPER family-friendly. We loved that Sugar Beach is away from the craziness of OB/GS, it's in the middle but close enough that you can still enjoy everything. We spent most days on the beach, we rented a package from a local company for a 4-person beach setup (it was more cost effective than the chairs on the beach). The only downfall was lugging everything around but we used our car as storage because it cramped the condo. The condo was nice and clean, everything worked great and we had everything we needed. We thought it would be tight at first but we really didn't spend a ton of time there so it worked out great. The pullout bed was comfy. The only thing I forgot that wasn't there was coffee filters but I made do. While we were there, the disposal was locked up and Renee worked with us to get maintenence there at a conveinent time. We loved working with Renee and we are already talking about our next trip back.

There are certain assumptions I make ahead of checking into a beach condo - things that I used to think couldn’t be helped. Like there will be dirt/sand in corners, bugs that get in, and an unpleasant odor. But this place proved that doesn’t have to be the case! (Praise hands emoji.) It was immaculately clean and practically ocean-front. There’s also an adorable little snack/drink shop at the beach access right there in the building, which was convenient for anything we needed. We didn’t use the pools but they looked spacious and good for kids. This was really more than we could’ve hoped for, especially for this price. We will be back for sure!

Great location! We loved having our own beach entrance, we were also thrilled about the carts to move our stuff! Didn’t expect that. It was an absolute game changer for us. We will 100% be back here again. 4 different swimming pools, the condo was beautiful and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay. The place was very quiet and clean and everyone was super friendly. A nice couple even let us know that there was a heated pool we had no idea about. The bed was comfy and our daughter didn’t mind the pull out couch. There were plenty of towels and lots of extra pillows. We stayed during spring break but the condo is located further down so we never had to worry about traffic.

We stayed the month of March at Sugar Beach 313 and totally enjoyed our stay from Day 1-31. The unit is fully equipped with everything you need and more. We did not want to leave!!! The beach is great, the first floor deck with rocking chairs was wonderful and the sunny morning balcony and view from 313 was great. The bed was comfortable. We can’t wait to go again! Management was also responsive and informative. Don’t hesitate to rent this unit.
