We have come to this condo many times. It is always clean and has great amenities. The kids love the beach entry pool and the bunk beds. It is so close to the beach that carrying all the beach equipment isn't so bad. The condo also has a great balcony for the adults to sit on and listen to the waves after kids go to bed.

We had an amazing time. The condo is very spacious and accommodated 3 couples easily. This is our 4th year coming down for the shrimp festival. This was by far one of the best places we have stayed due to its awesome location. It is within walking distance to several great restaurants. The kitchen was great, we were able to cook in and watch the game. The T.V,. was also big so excellent for watching ball games. Overall we had a blast and we will be looking to rent this condo again!!

The large TV is always a big hit, as well as, a TV in every room. Our guests love being able to go downstairs and walk right onto the beach or walk to local restaurants. Great family get-a-way!
The condo is perfectly located for easy access to several restaurants and shops. The condo was spacious with a large balcony. The kitchen was stacked with all the necessities. The appliances were new. The walk to the beach was easy. Will definitely be back again.

We needed a place on beach for 10 people! This condo is amazing! We spent most of our time either on balcony or at beach!!! The condo and bldg were in excellent condition! The condo has been updated. The one thing I would suggest is updating the sofa and love seat the are s bit worn.

Thank you for your comments. It is nice to be right on the beach and to be able to look out over the gulf from your balcony. We have recently updated appliances, installed a new LG washer and dryer and bought a new dining room set. We are currently deciding on a new sofa and love seat. We appreciate our guests’ suggestions of ways to make our condo as comfortable and relaxing as possible. Our condo is spacious and can easily accommodate a large group. This was our first visit to San Carlos and we couldn't be happier! We have stayed several places over the years and had been repeats at another complex. This is definitely our new favorite place to stay and we will be back. This condo is beautiful and so much more room that we thought. We had six adults and never once felt cramped inside or on the huge balcony. We had everything we needed for a great time. The condo is walking distance of most everything you need, including Dollar General, The Hangout, The Steamer, Mikee's and more. The other thing that impressed us were the elevators and the number of buggies available to carry up our stuff. There are three elevators and they are extremely fast...this isn't always the case in GS. Pat is awesome! Extremely helpful and quick to respond. We couldn't have asked for more!
