Wow - must see!!

If you are wondering whether this condo lives up to its description and the pictures it truly does! It doesn't get any better than this! The building has direct beach access, which is priceless. The condo was extremely clean and everything about it was great. We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. There were plenty of dishes and cookware for the little bit we did cook. We had 4 adults and 6 kids stay in the condo and we never felt cramped for space. The balcony is wonderful too. It is so big and has plenty of seating! We enjoyed watching the dolphins on their morning swims. The location of the condo is wonderful. We parked the car the day we arrived and didn't get back in it until the day we left. Everything you could need is right within walking distance!

It was a pleasure to work with Pat. She responded to emails very quickly and I had my deposit back within a week of departing. Next time we vacation in Gulf Shores we will be booking this unit!!

We are happy you had such a good time that you want to come back. We want everyone who stays at our condo to be able to completely relax and have fun. We are fortunate to be in a good location---on the beach and within walking distance of a number of restaurants. Cleanliness is a priority for us and our cleaning company is the best. The balcony is a great place to let go of stress. You can let the waves take it out to sea. We look forward to your return for another stress-free get-away!

Wonderful!

We were truly pleased with our stay! It's always hard judging condos off of photos on these sites so I was very pleased when we arrived. We had 7 people in the condo with room to spare. Great view, within walking distance of everything. The owner of the condo is great to work with. We will definitely be staying in this condo again.

There is no better feeling for a condo owner than to hear that their guests had such a good time that they want to come back. That means we have down our job to make their vacation everything they expected and hopefully –more. We are happy that our condo is roomy and comfortable with 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and happy to share the beautiful beachfront view over the gulf. Another Wonderful Family Beach Trip

We have stayed at this condo for going on 4 years now, and we absolutely love it. It is very clean, and Pat (owner) is so easy to work with. We especially like the location since it is walking distance to many restaurants and stores. Sitting on the balcony is a favorite past time here, since there is lots to watch and there is plenty of comfortable seating. Thank you for choosing our condo for your special family vacations. The most rewarding part of renting our condo is to hear that our guests love staying there and tell us they want to come back. As you mentioned, it is a peaceful location right on the beach that has the benefit of being close to restaurants and stores. That gives our guests the best of both worlds. Late Spring Break 4/14 - 4/17

This place was fantastic! Wish I could give it more than 5 stars! Easily slept 10 adults. Extremely clean and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. We especially liked how there was a bathroom for each room so there were no waiting to shower or use the bathroom. Close to the beach and gorgeous view! The balcony also had enough seatings for everyone when we all wanted to hang out at the balcony. Some of us even slept on the couch on the balcony because it was so comfy! Pat was an amazing person to rent from. She answered questions quickly and provided anything we needed to make sure we had a great time. Thanks to her, we had one of the best and most relaxing break! We hope to come back again one day!

Spring break 3/5-3/12

This place was amazing. Easily slept 10 people comfortably. So clean and close to everything. Pictures couldn't do any justice. Pat was an amazing person to rent from anything we needed she was right there. We will definitely be back! Can't wait

Beautiful condo!

This is our fourth year in Gulf Shores and by far the most enjoyable. We love the location of this condo and it's proximity to everything. It is decorated beautifully and is so roomy,,,we had several couples over for casual dinners and cards and everyone thought it was fabulous. Pat was great to work with as well as accommodating and flexible. We especially loved the big screen TV and the balcony, which was loaded with lots of nice furniture...very fun for having a group over. This is a very friendly building and many nights during the week they host social functions. We highly recommend this condo and will definitely be returning.

Great location!

My husband & I just returned from staying at the San Carlos. We spent most of our time enjoying the large balcony. The zero gravity chairs were amazing along with the fantastic ocean views. The beds were extra comfortable, as well as the lounger in the den. Pat was super quick to respond to any questions we had. Great location & convenient to everything we needed.

Super nice!

A wonderful condo! Very clean. Right on the beach, which was great for our kids. Pool was awesome, too. Will definitely be returning!

We are always happy to hear when our guests enjoy their stay. We do strive to provide lovely, clean surroundings for your holiday and have an excellent cleaning company that meets our high standards for cleanliness. It is nice to be able to share our great location with others. Access to the exercise room, pool, and beach are so convenient. Especially, when you have small children and have to bring along their toys and other items. Our condo is centrally located, so there are many restaurants (some good ones within walking distance) and other activities close by for the whole family to enjoy. Thanks again for your review and we are happy that you plan to stay with us again!

We keep coming back!

This is such an awesome condo for a great price! We have been here several times and will continue to come back. It is a perfect size for our family of 5. Through the years we have had very small babies staying in the condo. The bathroom closet is a perfect size to put a pack n play and not disturb the baby ☺️ The access to the beach is so easy and the pool is perfect for little ones. I highly recommend and we will be going back!

We are so happy that you enjoy staying at our condo. Thank you for mentioning the large walk-in closet It is large enough for a playpen or mattress for another quiet sleeping place. You are the first guest to point that out. It is the perfect place to let a baby sleep undisturbed by the other activities going on in the condo. The pool is great for small children. It has a large shallow area for them to play and splash. It is also so convenient to be able to walk right onto the beach from the wooden walkway connected to the first floor. Great condo

We couldn't have been more pleased with our stay at this condo. Owner was very accommodating and was prompt in responding. Plenty of room and beautiful view. Will definitely be back!
