Superb Spring Break Stay at Sea Oats

WOW!!! OUR STAY WAS INCREDIBLE. When we arrived the condo was exactly as described and presented. The bedrooms are all ample sized and the beds are comfortable with quality linens. We found the kitchen was well equipped (the only thing missing was a waffle iron). The closet behind the fridge is where to find the vacuum, iron and ironing board, mop and broom. The laundry closet contains all the linens (bring your own beach towels). The hot tub was opened on the last afternoon of our stay, but would have been really wonderful on the chilly evenings.
Location was perfect. You are just far enough away from the shops and restaurants to feel totally relaxed and decompress. The beach access is just across the street with one of the best spots for all your sand and sun fun. In the outside storage we found everything we could ask for. Beach chairs, an umbrella, toys...we added a beach football to the cache.
I honestly cannot think of a single thing we would change. It was perfect for our family and could have easily accommodated more guests. I would recommend this condo to any of our friends or family and we are already looking forward to booking again for next year. It would have been a really nice addition for an outdoor grill at the unit, the distance to the dock area was too far to be usable.
The unit offered privacy, was easily accessible and was very quiet. Parking was ideal. The association is doing some sprucing up with paint, ect...but was never a bother at all. The parking was ideal, we just really cannot say enough positive things about our experience!

First time stay Pat S.

Definitely a 5 STAR condo
My husband and I stayed at this condo for the month of February, 2015. It is a great condo.....extremely clean and very well equipped. The kitchen has absolutely every kitchen utensil and small appliance that anyone would need. The bed in the master bedroom is very comfortable. Didn't use the other beds but they look comfortable also. Mary has decorated the condo quite nicely. Another nice feature is it is a first floor condo. The location is great. A very nice home away from home.
Mary was great to work with when making our reservations. Always returned a call or email within minutes.
I would highly recommend this condo.

Our Third Stay!

Once again, we had a wonderful stay at this condo. This time, our trip was a "spur of the moment" adventure, and we called the owner the day before we rented the condo. Everything went as smoothly as if we had reserved it months in advance. We loved the new updates, and, as always, the location is really hard to beat. Thanks again for a wonderful Gulf Shores experience!

wonderful accommodations!!

Perfect location. Lots to do. Clean, comfy condo with all the home feel. VERY comfortable beds.

4th Girlfriend Week

This was our 4th stay in this great condo! Owners are always SO accommodating. Always keep the condo fresh and updated. It looked like our week was going to be washed out - but it was perfect! Thanks again for another relaxing vacation! I left you a few books in your library!

Great and affordable

This beach home was a great place for our family! It was clean, roomy and close to everything! We had children with us and they loved it! The beach is right there and the pool is right outside your door! The linens were very clean and nice! I would recommend it to everyone! We will for sure visit again!

Our new favorite vacation destination!

We couldn't have asked for a better place to spend our week off. The owners were so easy to work with, the location was perfect, and the condo is top notch! It is so spacious and well equipped. We could have bought groceries and just moved in! Lots of places say they are within walking distance to the beach - this condo really is! And the pool is literally steps from the door. The closet stocked with chairs, toys, tents and more made going to the beach a breeze and we didn't have to pack or buy all that stuff. Plus we had a nice cookout on the dock and enjoyed a lot of time on that side of the property as well. Thank you for a wonderful, restful week!

Great times!!!!

Renting this condo was so easy. Owner was so helpful and answered all my questions in timely manner. VRBO payment procedure was as easy as a click of a button. Condo was exactly how it is reflected in pictures. Nicely decorated and clean. The kitchen was stocked allowing us to cook most of our meals and save. Condo is short drive to T, faraway enough to stay away from skyrise crowded beach. The beach is a short walk away(just cross the street). Our goal was to relax and spend as much time as possible at the beach. Condo location made it easy to do just that. I would definetly come back and recommend to family/friends. Thank you Mary for sharing your condo.

Great condo!!

My family loved our stay at this condo! We could sit on the "back porch" and watch our kids swim! The pool is large and well maintained.
We also enjoyed all the chairs/umbrellas/sand castle building toys available in the downstairs closet-
We ate at a different place each night and loved them all - our fav was Live Bait in Orange Beach-
The Fun Boat dolphin cruise was super! And I felt like super cheap also - my 8 year old grandson LOVED it!!
We plan on returning next summer if there is available space!!

Great condo!

Thank You for allowing us to stay in your condo! We had 5 adults, two 2 year olds and a 5 year old. This condo worked great for us. I loved that it had a pack and play and high chair already available so we didn't have to pack as much. It also has a lot of toys in the downstairs storage. You do not need to bring anything for the pool or beach(except some flashlights for crab hunting) which is great! The kitchen was fully stocked so we didn't need anything in there. The coffee maker quit working while we were there. I contacted Mary and she refunded me the amount we paid for a new one plus some. It went smoothly. The beach ramp is directly across the road which made it nice with little ones. We had a beach view from one of the bedrooms, kitchen and the deck(which is on the side). It was perfect. There is a tv in 2 of the bedrooms which made it nice for the little ones. I could put on cartoons in the mornings and they didn't wake everyone else up. It is close to restaurants and souvenir shops. We would definitely stay here again.
