This was our third visit to this condo, and have already booked for next year. It is very spacious and cozy! It was super clean and all the beds VERY comfortable. It honestly is the best equipped condo we are ever stayed in. I love access to the beach chairs, umbrella, and our Grandboys LOVED the nets and pails for night crabbing. All we needed were flashlights!! I also love the fact that this is not a high-rise. It feels very homey. Mary is very accessible and helpful. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation with family.

Clean, Spacious, & Convenient

Our family of 7 really enjoyed Sea Oats G105. It was clean, nicely furnished, lots of room for everyone, and in the perfect location, just steps across the street from the beach, or boat/fishing docks of the lagoon behind it, or the pool! The additional storage room was filled with very useful items for enjoying the beach. It had nice beach chairs, body boards, sand toys, and even a wagon to pull everything to the beach...and more!
Mary was very responsive, answering any question or request right away!
When we visit Gulf Shores again, we would love to rent this home away from home again!

Best equipped condo that we have ever rented!

We packed our pizza pan, beach chairs, and the beach toys for the grandkids. But we really would not have needed them. This condo had all of those items available and more. The condo was clean, spacious (for 5 adults and 4 kids) and the location near the pool was wonderful. We had so much fun that we plan to make this trip an annual event. The owner (Mary) was very quick in replying to all of my questions and extremely pleasant to deal with! We would recommend this condo to anyone in need of 3 bedrooms.

Quiet. Clean. Close to beach.

First time staying in Gulf Shores and will definitely be back! If you like a quiet relaxing vacation this is the place to be. The condo is well furnished, especially the kitchen (although it could use a few tupperware-type dishes for storing leftovers). I've rented many condos and have always been disappointed in the thin flimsy cookware that burns everything. This is not the case here. Quality cookware and appliances. Loved the comfortable chairs on the deck for happy hour. Beach was just steps away. Comfortable beach chairs in the storage unit. Mary was responsive and easy to work with . can't wait to go back again!
Recommend paddledbyyou.com for kayaking and caribecruiser.com for dolphin watching. Two inexpensive activities for the kids.

Great condo, great location, great owner!

We have stayed in this condo multiple times, and have never been disappointed. The condo is clean, spacious, and well equipped. The location, right between the beach and Little Lagoon, can't be beat. We have stayed in other rental properties in other places, and have never found an owner that is so quick to respond to any need. We had another great stay, and we'll be back!

Great Condo, Great Location, Great Owner!

This was our fourth (or maybe fifth) stay in this condo, and now we don't even look anywhere else in Gulf Shores. It is well-appointed, with plenty of space, nice décor, and a super location near both the beach and Little Lagoon. It also has Gulf views. Both beach and fishing supplies are available in the storage closet. The owner is very responsive to any situation, and does all she can to make your stay a good vacation experience for you. We would recommend this condo to anyone.

Wonderful condo! Great Location!

The condo meet and exceeded our families expcetations. Mary was so responsive to any questions we had. There was plenty of space for all six of us in this condo. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen well stocked with any kitchen need you might have while on vacation. The quick walk to the beach was perfect for our family and we enjoyed the wide sandy beaches that the Gulf Coast is known for. Thank you Mary for sharing your home with us. We hope to be back in the future!

Great rental on Gulf Shores

Great place to hang out.

This unit has all the comforts of home. It has a nicely stocked kitchen. It was very easy to relax in the king size master bedroom. Enjoyed the mornings on the deck with a view to the Gulf.
Just a short walk to the Gulf and beach. Great for families.

Great Beach Get-away

Spacious three bedroom , clean and comfortable, easy access to the beach and a pool outside your door plus the owner is super nice and available if needed.
There is extra beach chairs and floaties available in the storage unit.
We recommend Bahama's Bob's and Bimini Bob's for great sea food and service and of course there is lots of shopping within 15 minutes driving.
This is our second time staying here and we will be back.
