This was our 3rd stay here at sugar beach and it was amazing as always . Condo was comfortable and clean!!! The heated pool came in handy this time around . We will be back !!!

This was our third visit to Orange Beach. We have stayed in the Sugar Beach condos each time and it has never disappointed. We love being near the beach and we also enjoy the Gulf State Park trails across the street. Sugar Beach 337 is a great location. The condo had almost everything we needed for a two month stay. We cooked most of our own meals and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Plenty of towels, too. The bed was comfy and had an abundance of pillows. We had no issues with anything. The pools were cleaned daily as were the common areas. We always felt safe and the security guards were friendly and informative. We would definitely stay again at these condos and hopefully 337, too, if it’s available.

Enjoyed our stay. Very convenient to the beach and the state park. Hostess Renee is excellent. Responds right a way with all the answers to your questions. Would recommend this property.

We love staying at Sugar Beach condos! Specifically this one and another we have stayed in with the same owner. Renee is so easy to communicate with and makes sure we have an easy booking and check in experience. We love that this location isn’t as crowded as the larger complexes, so beach access, elevator access, pool and luggage cart access are always easily available. The condo itself is clean and well maintained. Our older kids slept on the pull out downstairs and the adults slept on the huge comfortable bed upstairs. Would totally recommend this location, condo, and owner to families looking for a fun getaway!

We have stayed in this condo the past 3 years and have enjoyed it every time. It is perfect for my husband & I. It’s always very clean & has everything we need. The beach is great and there are 3 nice pools. The owner is always so helpful and accommodating. We highly recommend you check it out.

The place is just as pictured. The inside was nice a clean, and all appliances worked perfectly. The location is good, we especially loved the beach access. If you’re looking for good value, Renee’s place is great.
