Our condo is always very clean. It has kitchen well equipped nice size bedroom it is also has two roomy bathrooms we always have a great stay here Renee is so easy to get in touch with . I would highly recommend this condo to anyone will be back next year Lord willing ❤️????????

As a snowbird couple we enjoyed the stay in Renee's townhouse. Very easy to rent directly with Renee. Well stocked kitchen, 2 full baths one upstairs, one downstairs. Only drawback is that the stool area in upstairs bath is a bit tight. Good sleeps on the king size bed. Side view of the beach from the balcony. Loved that the beach is easy elevator ride and short walk past the pools. Did long walks on beach to the Gulf Park Fishing Pier (approx. 1 1/4 mi) then headed into the park on the overpass and walked along the boardwalks back to the townhouse.

We have stayed here for 5 weeks and we’ve enjoyed every minute. (This is our second time renting from Renee). She is the perfect host/owner. She is quick with responses from contract to check-out and all the time in between. The condo has everything one needs and now even a brand new crockpot! We want to stay here only! (Unfortunately it’s not possible ???? due to bookings). We’re already planning our next stay and pray it’s here with Renee! She knows how we feel about our home (her home) away from home. Thanks Renee!!!

I was traveling with my granddaughters and need a smaller safe condo and this was perfect! It was very family friendly never did I not feel safe! The condo is clean and nicely kept and Renee’ the owner was easy to work with and sent everything I needed to know in email! I would definitely use it again!! Thanks Renee’ Parker

Upon arriving, communication with Susan was quick and easy. Condo was clean, upstairs was more spacious than I expected. Bathrooms were a little cramped but worked for their purpose. The beds and linens were comfortable, felt like being at home.

This is the second year we have stayed in this condo & have loved it each time. It is very cute & cozy and has everything you need. It is perfect for my husband & I. We highly recommend staying here & can’t wait to go back.

We loved our stay at Sugar Beach #337. The unit was immaculate! Everything was so clean and comfortable! Renee was amazing! She responded quickly any time I had a question. The parking lot is a little tricky. The spaces are very tight. All in all 10/10! Would definitely stay again!

This condo is in a great location...right on the beach and close to restaurants. It was very clean and had the amenities we needed. Renee always answered any questions very quickly and was a great host!!

We enjoyed our stay at SB-337, and Renee was a pleasure to work with. Her condo offered all the comforts of home…nicely decorated, kitchen fully stocked, bed in Master BR was very comfortable, ceiling fans throughout unit. My only suggestion would be to add a memory foam mattress topper to the sofa sleeper for added comfort. We’d stay in this unit again!
