Connie is wonderful to work with. The condo is amazing, pictures are accurate but nothing prepares you for the wrap around views. It's nicely updates and includes everything you need for a wonderful family vacation. Very clean, comfortable furniture, and the condo has two outdoor pools, an indoor, hot tub and more to do!

The condo was awesome. The new washer and dryer were easy to operate. The wrap around balcony was great to see the sunrise and sunset from. The location is awesome. There are many restaurants to eat at and grocery store across the street from the condo. The whole condo inside and outside is gorgeous. The amenities are great. Hot tub , heated indoor pool , outdoor pool ,a big gazebo and 3 charcoal grills also to use. This was our 2ND time staying there and we already booked it for this year and many more years too. The owner is super. He always makes sure the condo is spotless and there are no problem's with anything in the condo. We always look forward to stay in this condo every year.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo! The location was perfect. The beach was not overcrowded like other places due to the empty lots beside this building, yet you are right in the middle of Orange Beach.
The condo itself is very spacious and is well furnished, we loved the huge balcony.
It was great to deal with an experienced owner such as this. He was quick with responses and was very knowledgeable and informative.
My family will definitely be back to this unit!

We loved everything about this condo! It was great having 2 full sized beds in the 3rd bedroom for our 2 teenagers. The kitchen was so well stocked with everything we needed. We enjoyed the ping pong table in the lobby, too. But the best thing about this condo was the absolutely perfect beach front view. The wrap-around balcony was great for accommodating folks no matter if they want sun or shade. We had some of both, and all had a beautiful ocean view. Thanks so much! We hope to come back soon.

This is the second year in a row that we've stayed at this condo and we have now become spoiled to the great accommodations! Everything was clean, up to date, and ready for a relaxing and enjoyable vacation. The owner was very easy to work with (as usual!). We will definitely be back!!!

We had a girls trip at Spring Break and very much enjoyed staying in this condo! It is very spacious, has awesome views, is well equipped, and the owner is very friendly and helpful. It has a great location to shopping and restaurants. The beach is great and not very crowded. We also kayaked, parasailed, and went on a dolphin cruise while we were there. Would definitely recommend!

Another awesome year at 608. This condo is really gorgeous inside and out. Awesome view from the wrap around balcony for the view of the sunrise and sunset. Plenty of things to do down there. We will be back next year for another lovely vacation in this condo as we do every year now.

Our family recently returned from a lovely week at the beach. Having stayed at Summerchase in the past, we were anticipating the accommodations to be nice, for our previous experience there had been an excellent one. This year's trip fulfilled those expectations in full. The spacious condo allowed for refreshment after hours of daily sun, sand, and water. Most of our evening meals were prepared in the well-equipped kitchen and enjoyed around the dining table. Our children appreciated the large selection of family-friendly DVDs available, and my husband and I spent hours on the large balcony listening to the waves. This particular condominium affords a fabulous ocean view, perfect for taking in the sunset. Working with the owner also proved excellent, and communication before the trip allowed for our easiest vacation preparation to date.
