We had a great time at this condo!! It is so good, I've already rented it twice this year!! Everything is very clean and updated. The condo is very roomy and the wrap around balcony is the best!! Also, there are no condos on either side, so the beach is not crowded!! The owner is a pleasure to work with!! I look forward to renting from him again!! Thank you so much for 2 wonderful vacations!!

We could not have had a better time! The condo was clean, roomy and beautifully decorated. The weather was perfect, sunny and high 70s. We were close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. William was easy to work with and very helpful. We will definitely contact him next time. Thanks, William, for a great experience!!!

This was our first time staying at Summerchase, and what's not to love. William has the Condo in tip top shape. It is super clean, very well designed, has everything you need. We do not want to leave tomorrow, however we know we will be back and there is no place I would rather stay. William is a wonderful person to do business with. I have been staying at Summerchase for decades and this condo is the best. It is updated beautifully, kitchen supplied perfectly and everything in working condition. The owner could not be nicer and it is clean and very well supplied. The only problem is that it is so nice it is rented a lot so hard to get in when wanted. That is a tribute to the owner, however. Summerchase also does a great job of monitoring behavior of the condo tenants to maintain the family friendly, adult atmosphere.

We've been to Orange Beach many times, but this was our first time to stay in this condo. We loved the west side unit with the extra windows and wrap around balcony. Watching the sunset from the dinner table was amazing. This condo is one of the best equipped ones we've stayed in and the owner was a pleasure to deal with. The internet was fast enough to stream movies which was a nice bonus. We are already planning to rent this one again.

My family so enjoyed our stay here. The pictures did not do it justice. The view was beautiful and very relaxing. Being a short distance to the beach was great. My two and half years old granddaughter loved the little pool "because I can walk in it" thank you for the most glorious week. We hope to be back hear next year.

We booked this condo early so we could get one big enough for my husband and me, our 2 daughters and their husbands, and our only grandson. Then both girls got pregnant and the last one due 2 weeks before our trip! We did it anyway and this was the best condo to have this vacation. Lots of room, a fantastic and large balcony that we stayed on a lot, roomy bedrooms and comfortable décor. As soon as we got home, we booked it again for next year! The owner is a great person to deal with and we highly recommend this condo to families needing to spread out and relax!

I spent several days looking through VRBO to find the perfect place for my family to stay and on paper this condo won hands down. In person it is even better. The décor is beautiful yet it still is comfortable and feels like home. The owner is a pleasure to work with and was even willing to let us add an extra day last minute when weather conditions were a concern for our traveling. You can tell that this is a well maintained home, not just a rental and the extra touches they take make life easier. There was even ice made already in the freezer when we got there! It is so convenient to all the activities and attractions you can have an outing and still have plenty of time on the beach. The owner recommends several places and we enjoyed many of these. My son especially loved getting to hold an alligator! The location on the beach and the building are very family friendly and quite. I know that we will be returning next year and plan on staying even longer!

The layout of the bedrooms was really nice. They are spread out in the floor plan so that late sleepers and early risers didn't have issues. Mr. Smith, the owner was extremely responsive and thanked us every time we spoke. The unit has beautiful views, and is bright and cheery. Being a corner unit is a real plus. The location is very convenient to shopping and restaurants. I especially liked the covered parking option. This is definitely on the top of our list for our next Orange Beach trip.
