Southern Exposure is an open concept beachside condo located on the second floor of Sunchase Condominiums. This southwest corner unit has an amazing view of the Gulf of Mexico and white sand beaches! Unit has been remodeled with granite counter tops, full kitchen, breakfast nook, wall-hung smart TV's, memory foam mattresses on every bed, washer and dryer, cultured marble surround tub/shower, among other excellent features. Guests will enjoy a seamless self check-in by door code.
Location: Sunchase is a well maintained, family-friendly complex close to everything Gulf Shores has to offer. It is in a low-density area with only smaller complexes sharing the beach. No large high rises blocking your views or crowding your beach space.

**Only one assigned parking space per unit. There are 3 visitor parking spaces on the property that are first come first serve. There is additional public parking about a 1/2 block to the east on West 10th Street.
Remailing 1/2 balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
50% refund if cancelled more that 14 days prior to arrival.
No refund if cancelled less than 14 days prior to arrival.
Full refunds for mandatory evacuations due to hurricanes.
No refunds for "bad weather".

Fabulous Condo & Hosts
Fabulous condo and hosts. Very clean and had everything we could have needed - even a little welcome basket with snacks. Definitely the best hosts I’ve had. Great communication and instructions. Didn’t have to do anything crazy for check in/check out. I absolutely would stay here again, and hope to again soon!

Great location and clean!
Great location, clean, had all the beach accessories we needed. Appreciated the guidebook for restaurant and entertainment suggestions — we used several! Enjoyed being so close to the beach. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Hosts!
This condo is great! Conveniently located close to shops and really good restaurants. The beach is really nice, and just steps from the condo. The hosts are fantastic. Highly recommend!
