Seaclusion is an 800 square foot 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom cottage in Fort Morgan, AL. While small in size, our cottage is capable of sleeping a maximum of 7 guests. The master bedroom has a king bed and a private full bathroom. The second bedroom contains a queen bed with a twin XL loft with a small full bathroom located just steps away in the open living area. For even more sleeping space, the sleeper sofa transitions into a queen-sized bed! The living area and kitchen are designed as an open floor plan. With the kitchen fully equipped with all your basic essentials for cooking the catch of the day! A TV can be found in the living area along with each of the bedrooms that includes access to YouTube TV. Lastly, we are also able to provide wireless high-speed internet to our guests during their stay.

We provide a fully equipped kitchen with all your basic essentials. For coffee lovers, our coffee maker is 2 way compatible with K-Cups or able to brew a full pot of coffee. You also have beautiful views of the beach from the kitchen/living open area. We provide each of our guest with a starter pack of (1) roll of toilet paper per bathroom, (1) small bar of soap per bathroom, (1) roll of paper towels, (2) dishwasher pods, (1) small bottle of dish soap, (1) trash bag per trash can.

The master bedroom offers a king-sized bed, its own flat-screen TV with YouTube TV access, and a full-sized private bath. The second bedroom includes a queen bed and a twin XL loft bed with its own TV also with YouTube TV access. If needed, there are linens available in the second bedroom closet for the sofa that opens to a queen-sized bed. A second full bathroom is located just a few steps away off the open living area. Pack & Play with bassinet is provided for no extra charge as well.

Under cottage storage:
A full-sized washer and dryer are located on the first floor underneath the cottage. All linens are provided; however, you do need to bring your own beach towel. Also in this area, you will find beach items to enjoy your beach day! This includes beach chairs, sand toys, and an umbrella to use while at the beach.

Enjoy the day as you sit on the balcony and take in the beautiful beach views. Two polywood chairs are available with a small center table facing the beach. Another two polywood chairs are available on the rear deck if you prefer a more shaded deck seating. We do ask that guests do not move the decking furniture. Grill your catch of the day on the charcoal grill available for use in the underneath storage. Also, on the first floor you can find an outdoor shower located at the base of the stairs. A private concrete driveway is available for a maximum of 4 cars during your stay. No parking is allowed in the street.

Additional Property Information

Parking is available in private concrete driveway. Only 4 vehicles allowed and street parking is prohibited.

The beach access and Seaclusion is pet friendly! Please note that a $25 per night charge will be added to bookings with a pet for a maximum of two. This fee will be added after booking if you instantly book with us. Per Baldwin County guidelines, your pet must be kept on a leash. Please be respectful and clean up after your pet and also not allow your pet onto the neighbor's property. Undisclosed pets will be charged $50 per night, per pet fee added on to your stay.

Safety is a top priority at Seaclusion. Please be aware of a security camera located facing the private driveway. This camera is not to invade your privacy but rather an additional measure of protection for guests and Seaclusion.

The maximum occupants for Seaclusion are 6 guests. Without prior approval, no unregistered guests are welcomed and will be asked to vacate the premises due to trespassing. No parties or illegal activity allowed on the premises.

NO smoking is allowed at Seaclusion. This includes cigarettes, e-cigs or anything that lets off smoke. A $250 fine will be charged to the credit card on file and a damage claim with be filed.

1. There is absolutely no smoking allowed inside the house at any time (this includes vaping). Smoking is allowed outside provided all butts are disposed of properly.
2. Parking is limited to the driveway. Please do not park along the street. The mail carrier and garbage truck cannot perform their duties if blocked. Also parking in sand could result in your car becoming stuck.
3. Please do not allow pets on furniture or beds.
4. Grilling is not allowed on the upstairs deck. Please keep downstairs.
5. No more then 7 guests allowed at Seaclusion.
