GETTING THERE:
From I-10 take exit 49 onto Baldwin Beach Express and travel 12.7 miles to turn left onto Foley Beach Express. In 13 miles turn left onto Alabama's Coastal Connection/ Canal Rd. In 3 miles turn right onto AL-161/ Orange Beach Blvd. In 1.7 miles turn right onto Perdido Beach Blvd. In 1.3 miles make a U-turn and travel 0.5 miles, SeaChase Condominiums is on the right.
GETTING AROUND:
⭐ Walking:
Since SeaChase is located directly on the beach, you can easily walk to the beach for swimming, sunbathing, or watersports.
⭐ Biking:
Biking is a great way to explore the local area. There are several bike paths in Orange Beach, and you can also rent bikes from a local shop.

● Traffic can be heavy especially during peak season and ride apps booking may take time so be sure to allow extra time for travel.

● You must be 25 years of age to book condo. ID must match name on rental agreement.
● Rental agreement must be signed upon booking this property.
● Condo comes with basic essentials such as linens, bath towels, hand towels, hair dryer, etc.
● The following STARTER SUPPLIES are provided:
▸ One roll of toilet paper for each restroom
▸ Bar of soap per bathroom
▸ One travel sized shampoo per bathroom
▸ One travel sized conditioner per bathroom
▸ Make-up removers per bathroom
▸ Single sized dish liquid
▸ Single sized dish washing detergent pack
▸ Single use laundry washing detergent
▸ Two large trash bags
▸ Small trash bag for each bathroom
▸ Roll of Paper towels
● We DO NOT provide maid service or restock linens during your stay.
● We recommend that you bring your own beach towels, sunscreen, etc. with you or you can purchase these items from one of the many local grocery stores upon arrival.
● BEACH KEY FOB: Beach Key Fob is located in the unit upon arrival. The Fob must be used to access the beach and to return to the property from the beach.
▸ The Key Fob must be placed back in unit upon your departure date failure to do so a $100 fine will be charged to the guest for replacement of the FOB.
● PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED unless certified and vested service dogs in accordance with the ADA (Americans with Disabilities Act).
▸ Service animals must remain with the guest at all times and cannot be left unattended inside the unit.
▸ According to the ADA -"Service animals are defined as dogs that are individually trained to do work or perform tasks for people with disabilities."
▸ "Dogs whose sole function is to provide comfort or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the ADA."
● Parking pass will be issued at the security upon arrival and costs $60.00 per vehicle per stay.
▸ Passes must be displayed where visible to the Security.
▸ Max two (2) parking passes allowed per unit.
▸ You may park in any open/unreserved parking space.
▸ Parking Pass Fee rates subject to change without prior notice.
Illegal substances are strictly prohibited and grounds for immediate eviction.
If a personal check is returned to us for non-sufficient funds, you will be charged a $30.00 fee and the amount levied by the bank for NSF charges.
Any exceptions to the rules and regulations as written here, must be approved in writing in advance.
Guests are responsible for any damages over and above normal wear and tear and/or missing items. If excessive cleaning is required after your stay, the amount will be deducted from your deposit.
Please verify: Arrival/departure dates Reserved accommodations and Rent amount due.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests, or for loss of money or valuables of any nature. There is an inherent danger in balconies and pools, and we strongly urge you to watch your children closely on the balcony and the pool area. parking pass upon arrival, $32.35 (tax included).
General Cancellations:
If canceled 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee and credit card processing fees (if applicable), will be processed.
If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
Special Circumstance Cancellations:
In the event of a hurricane, all monies paid, less the cancellation fee, will be refunded if mandatory evacuation occurs prior to check-in.
A prorated amount will be refunded if the stay is shortened because of a mandatory evacuation.

Travel Insurance:
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances that may arise before or during your travel.
The standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
