Located in Sea Oats Condos Unit B204 which we have named Barefoot Hide-A-Way! Spend most of your time barefoot on the beach!
Updated bathrooms, floors and paint in 2020. Added a Ring doorbell for security purposes.
Our condo is a 2 bedroom (King, Queen) with 2 baths, located on the second (top) floor. (There is no elevator.) The condo is fully furnished, including washer and dryer. There is a flat screen tv and bluray player in the living room. There are flat screen tvs in both bedrooms. Cable and wireless internet are provided. The Sea Oats complex is situated between the Little Lagoon in the back of the property and the beach in the front. The lagoon has a nice big pier with boat slips, boat launch, grills, and picnic tables. The condo is across the street from the beach but is a very short walk to relaxation. Relatively quiet and peaceful. The complex has two pools and kiddie pools. Parking is located underneath the building. All linens,towels and wash cloths are included. Bring your own beach towels! The unit is about 1100 square feet. We also have a keyless lock, so no keys to keep up with during your stay. We will assign you an entry code prior to your arrival.

Policies
This property requires a 7-night minimum stay from May to mid August. A minimum of 3 nights will be allowed other times of the year. Longer minimum stays may be required during holiday periods. If rental is taken for less than 3 nights, the guest will be charged the three (3) night minimum.

We purchased this little piece of paradise in 2017. We have been coming to Gulf Shores/Orange Beach area for years and discussed several times of buying a place and we finally did! It offers the best of both worlds - A quiet,peaceful and beautiful condo with the Gulf of Mexico on one side and Little Lagoon on the other. Private access to a beautiful beach on one side and a pier, boat slips and boat launch on the other. Enjoy the beach and surf on one side and fishing and boating on the other. It is on a two lane road and away from most of the high rise condos. We have replaced the balcony furniture and plan to make some more updates soon! We would like for other families to enjoy the Condo at the beach like we do and make many memories with their children.

Best Place to Stay
This place has us coming back! We always love our time here. Through short walks to the beach, close to shops and food, to just staying in and enjoying quality family time. It is always welcoming, cozy and clean every stay and we can't wait for our next trip!!!

Best place to stay
This will be our 3rd year staying at Sea Oats. The condo is clean and spacious. Just bring your food and clothes. Move in ready. The gulf just across the street with lagoon right behind us. Safe area to walk, All accommodations are new and up to date. Lots of friendly people.

Relaxing Getaway
Just spent 7 wonderful days on the beach. Condo was very tastefully decorated. Had everything we needed. Very nice kitchen supplies and tools. Bed was comfortable. Linens were nice and plentiful. Having the washer and dryer in the room was great. Next time I’ll only bring 1/2 of what I did this time. Pool area was nice and neat. Water was perfect. I would highly recommend this condo and area. 5 stars.

Beach Getaway
Just returned from 7 days at Sea Oats Gulf Shores Alabama. Condo was as advertised. Very tastefully decorated. Bed was comfortable. Linens were top notch and plentiful. Kitchen was phenomenal. This place wasn't stocked with hand me downs. Great kitchen tools and anything you could think of for cooking and\or entertaining. Host was readily available and very responsive. Grounds were kept up and the location was great. Pools, yes there were two, were clean and comfortable. This place had the best of everything and we enjoyed it very much. We would definitely go again.

Great Stay
We just returned from a week-long stay at the condo over Memorial Day 2022. The condo was clean, mostly updated and well maintained. The décor is beachy and super cute. The internet worked well and everything we needed was there. I really appreciated how organized Karen was. I love that she has a binder with all the instructions and condo rules right in the kitchen where it was easy to find. I would say overall 4.5 stars, the only negatives at all were that the king mattress was a bit dated and there was no coffee table in the living room. But overall, it was great, and we plan to rent again in the future. Good value, good location and great trip.

Home Away From Home
Very clean, owner had anything you could possibly need already there. Very cool air. Very quiet. Although we didn't choose to cook you could literally make Thanksgiving dinner with all Karen had supplied to cook with. I recommend highly. Beds very comfortable. Yes I would go back!

Wonderful Stay!
We had a wonderful time staying at Sea Oats B204. Karen was very responsive and helpful with our questions. We arrived during Hurricane Ida, not sure what to expect. Karen offered to extend our stay or refund our money if we wanted to cancel. We decided to keep our reservation and had an enjoyable time once the weather cleared. The condo was exactly as stated, very clean, updated and roomy enough for 4 adults and child. View from the balcony of Gulf was nice and a short walk to the beach. The only issue was low water pressure for showers but would not hesitate to rent from Karen again.
