Last condo just before the Alabama State Park on the beach side of the street. Beach is never crowded due to location and fishing on the state park pier. Look for Royal Palms has covered parking.
Royal Palms has an indoor and outdoor pools right on the gulf beach view. The building has covered parking, full time security, steam room, sauna, exercise room and is well maintained.

My wife and I purchased the condo in the fall of 2017 and have totally renovated it with a beach theme (Danette is a decorator and I am a real estate broker). We have spent over $30k in renovations and maintain our condo to a very high standard. Danette does the cleaning and I do the maintenance on the condo. We moved here to be closer to our vacation rentals and am available to assist you 24/7.
We enjoyed every second of our stay in this condo. Bed was comfortable, view was great and everything was available if you needed to cook anything. We also enjoyed the hot tub and the indoor pool. Wonderful stay at a wonderful place. We will for sure stay again.

We had a wonderful weekend staying in this beautiful condo! Rick the owner was awesome to deal with. Condo was beautifully decorated. King bed in master slept wonderfully. Kitchen was fully furnished and had everything needed and more. Easy access to beach. Relaxing on the balcony was so enjoyable with the very comfortable patio furniture! We will definitely be back!

This condo was as advertised and more. The Royal Palms is a nice size property - large enough to have nice amenities but not so large as to be crowded and loud. It is also in a great location - easy to get to through the state park and the beach is next to the state park so there is room to get away from the crowds if you want. The condo was perfect for the two of us. The bed was comfortable, the living area was well laid out and the balcony has the best furniture of any I’ve ever stayed in. We especially loved the recliner and the large coffee table (perfect for 1000 piece puzzle!). Didn’t do much cooking, but everything was there if I’d wanted to. I recommend the beach service - so glad they are still operating in September. And I love the beach decor! Thanks so much, Rick, for a great week!
While you’re there, you must eat at Desotos at Gulf Shores and Wolf Bay in Orange Beach.

We just returned from a great vacation in Gulf Shores! This condo is very clean, beautifully decorated and super comfortable! Rick is quick to respond and very informative. Royal Palms was not too big and not too noisy. Quiet, speedy elevators and all outdoor amenities were clean and well kept. September is a perfect time to visit Gulf Shores and this is a great condo to use. This one is on my favorites list!

This condo has it all! Quiet , uncrowded beaches and amazing views from the balcony. White sandy, clean beach and clear water. We enjoyed watching the dolphins and nightly storms roll out to the Gulf of Mexico. The condo was plenty roomy for our family of 4...( 2 adults, 2 kids ages 9 & 10).Pull out couch was a nice addition to sleep on as well. Fully stocked kitchen for cooking your own food. Washer dryer in unit as well. We are "fan sleepers" so the bathroom fans at night was a bonus! Highly recommend staying here. You won't be disappointed!
Easy to get anywhere and we visited Fort Morgan which is only 30 min away. Took the ferry to Dauphin Island as well. Both locations are beautiful!
