Enjoy the two fresh water pools, lounge poolside on the large patio, or grill out in the public picnic area. There is parking for two cars. The unit also includes complimentary Wi-Fi and in-unit washer and dryer. Please note there is one flight of stairs to enter the condo.

BabyQuip delivers and sets up the gear for you, and picks it up when you’re finished with it. This service allows you to skip all the packing and enjoy your vacation from the moment you arrive.

A rental agreement will be emailed to you and needs to be signed in order to complete the booking within 24 hours.
Please note that we do not provide refunds due to inclement weather or natural disasters unless there is a mandatory evacuation. We do suggest that you obtain travel insurance.

Policies
Security Deposit: A $300 hold is placed on the card on file 2 days prior to the booking and is released 7 days after the booking is completed. Your card is never charged unless there is an issue at checkout. Please note we are API Connected to a hotel-style software called OwnerRez to safely and securely take off-platform security deposits.
Any stays over 21 days will incur an additional cleaning fee of $150.00
Pet Policy: Although we love our furry friends, unfortunately this property is not pet approved.
Quiet Time: Although this is a vacation destination, it is home to many people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and right to a peaceful experience. Specifically, between the hours of 10 P.M. and 8 A.M. noise should be kept to a minimum. And by the nature of the condo complex noise can happen due to the high volume of units we unfortunately cannot control the noise of neighbors and other guests.
Maintenance Policy: In the event that an issue arises, you must provide access to the property to our maintenance personnel. We will give a heads up if this is necessary, the maintenance team will never show up unannounced unless it’s an emergency.

We cannot be held responsible if any of the amenities are unavailable as the HOA can do maintenance without our knowledge. However, we will try to make you aware of anything that may be occurring during your stay.
Guests who violate the above rules will be removed by security or law enforcement without refund.
- 60 DAYS or more prior to check-in: 100% refund less a $50 administrative fee o 31 to 59 DAYS prior to check-in: 50% refund of total rent charge, full refund of cleaning fee, less a $50 administrative fee
1-30 DAYS prior to check-in: no refund of rent, full refund of cleaning fee, less a $50 administrative fee.
