New to our rental program, we welcome you to this cozy one bedroom beachfront condo with amazing views. Floor to ceiling windows with views of the white sandy beach and turquoise waters of the gulf. Orange Beach has some of the prettiest beaches on the Gulf of Mexico. This 1BR Phoenix VII condo is unique with two sleeper sofas in the living room which allows 6 guests and is Ideal for a couple or a small family. A fully equipped kitchen that allows you to prepare meals or dine out at one of our fabulous restaurants in the area. This building has an abundant of amenities which include a large out door pool, indoor pool, hot tubs, tennis court, racquet ball court, fitness room and sauna, BBQ Grills, basketball court gazebos, and 24/7 security.
Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $55 plus tax per vehicle. One bedroom condos are guaranteed 1 parking pass. Additional passes will be sold based on availability in the parking lot.

Policies
- If canceled at least 30 days prior to arrival a full refund, minus the cancellation fee, will be processed.
- If canceled less than 30 days prior to arrival, no refund will be granted.
- No credit will be given for shortened stays due to personal reasons.
*Travel insurance is highly recommended*.
We can provide Travel Insurance underwritten by Nationwide Mutual Insurance Co. as optional protection against unforeseen circumstances.
- Standard plan must be purchased within 30 days of arrival.
- Cancel For Any Reason (CFAR) plan must be purchased within 14 days of initial payment. *CFAR is not available for stays occurring within 30 days of the booking date.
- *It is highly recommended that Travel Insurance be purchased as soon as the down payment is made.
