Peace To You is not just any beach house. Built on a dune about 100 yards from the shore, it has superb views and great access to the white sand beaches of Fort Morgan, Alabama. Enjoy gulf breezes, pelican fly-bys and sounds of the surf from the outdoor seating. Our home has been thoughtfully re-designed and re-built to provide a relaxing family vacation, sleeping up to 14 guests.
Our home offers 5 bedrooms and 4 baths, a very spacious great room with open concept kitchen/dining/living area. Indoor and outdoor gathering places abound to accommodate various family interests.
Easy enjoyment, love for entertaining and community-building are the hallmarks resulting from Carol Ann's years of hosting and John's heritage as the great-grandson of an English inn-keeper.

Guest Access:
There is a keyless entry lock on the carport door.
Laundry room and one queen bedroom are on carport level.
There is one flight of stairs to the main floor and one flight of stairs to the upstairs king bedroom so unfortunately this might not be a good fit for guests with physical limitations.
Main floor has one king ensuite bedroom, bunk room and one queen bedroom with attached family bath.
Upper floor is spacious king ensuite bedroom with great ocean views and work area.
Beach Access:
Permission from beachfront owner allowing our guests to use his driveway and beach area. Additional public beach access available at Surfside Drive.

Front screened porch and outdoor deck have panoramic views of the gulf. Screened porch has comfortable seating for eight. Deck has bar height table and five stools for relaxing and unforgettable gulf-view sunsets.

Peaceful and Beautiful
The listing doesn't do this property justice. It's much bigger and beautiful than we anticipated! Nice sized kitchen to gather and eat, great views from nearly everywhere in the house, and quiet neighborhood! The walk to the beach was short and gorgeous!

Family Vacation
Amazing home. This home had plenty of room for our entire family it was me, my sister, our adult children and grandchildren the home was large enough to make us all feel as though we had a space but cozy enough to allow us to gather asa family and make memories. Had everything we needed to enjoy the beach. Our favorite gathering spot was the amazing kitchen and living room where we shared meal stories and laughs. Late nights were spent gathered and screened in porch listening to the sound of the ocean telling stories of the day and just enjoying each other's company. Would definitely recommend this home.
Check in was easy the home was ready for us when we got there check out requirements for simple. We are hoping to make this a tradition.

Beautiful Property
We had a wonderful week in this home. The first night we had a crazy lightning storm and lost power but Carol and Renee were super responsive in making sure we were taken care of. The home is absolutely beautiful and worked great for our group (4 families). Thank you for opening your home to us!

Hidden Gem
This house was lovely, super clean, great style, very comfortable living room/ kitchen space. We had 10 people plus an infant and it was perfect.
The front porch is incredible, you can literally watch the waves and sunset perfectly from it. And it's very close to the actual beach, like the walk wasn't bad at all, super convenient. We hope to stay again!!

Spring Break 2022
The listing online showed a beautiful house but the house was better in person. Had 8 adults plus children on our stay and there was plenty of room. Enjoyed the openness of the kitchen and living area. Screened in patio was a plus. Beach access was easy. Would stay here again.
