Enjoy the varied activities offered; outdoor pool, indoor heated pool, gym, and sauna. Snowbirds may participate in many fun activities organized at the property. Eat local seafood and enjoy live music and shopping nearby.
The condo has a Master Bedroom with a Tempurpedic King bed, large screen TV, vanity/sink and a walk-in shower. The sliding door opens out to the balcony. The second bedroom offers two full size beds and large screen TV. The second bathroom has a tub/shower. All beds were newly purchased in 2022. The living room is comfortably furnished with a large sofa with a lounger, recliner, and side chair and large screen TV.
The kitchen is fully stocked with all of the convenient appliances: Keuring and regular coffee pot, air fryer, crock pot, and George Foreman. A washer/dryer is in the unit.
Amenities at the property include a large indoor pool, hot tub, exercise room, and sauna. There is a large outside pool and a kiddie pool. Outdoor BBQ facilities are available.
