Description

Seascape is a great Orange Beach location. The property is on the beach side and is so close to the sand. Walk down the stairs(or take elevator and you are on the beach in 2 minutes) There is a partial gulf view from the balcony.
There are only 33 units in the building, no long waits for the elevator.
Seascape is perfect for a family vacation, romantic getaway, or a girl's trip. This unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that will sleep 6. The Master bedroom has a queen bed, flat screen TV, and bathroom en suite There is a partial gulf view and balcony from the Master Bedroom.
The second bedroom also has a queen size bed, with a cute star fish theme. A queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room. We also have a memory foam mattress to put on the sofa bed. The living room has updated furniture with a flat screen TV and a few board games. The kitchen is well equipped for preparing meals and refreshing beverages. Washer and Dryer in unit. Two blow dryers for the bathrooms. We have beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, boogie boards, and coolers for guest use. Less to pack.
There is an elevator with carts to make unloading items easy.
Seascape complex offers, a large pool (not heated), barbecue, gazebo and a grassy area for kids to play. The ocean is steps away. A lovely boardwalk cross over for great pictures. You will love the large balcony.
Free wifi, two parking spaces, sorry no pets and no smoking allowed.
Great restaurants conveniently located near Seascape.
There are numerous fun events and festivals throughout the year. Bike rentals in front of condo at Souvenir City. Water activities galore. You can shop till you drop at the outlet malls.

DAMAGE/RESERVATION DEPOSIT - A reservation deposit of $ 150.00 is required. The deposit automatically converts to a security/damage deposit upon arrival. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met.
PETS are not permitted in rental units under any conditions!!!!

• This is a NON SMOKING unit.
• AGE REQUIREMENT- Must be 25 years of age to rent at Seascape (some exceptions may apply). Please call.
• If there are any signs of smoking in our unit you will be required to pay for the smoke removal and forfeit your 150.00 deposit.
• Please be courteous to fellow renters : Keep noise level to a minimum
• No underage drinking or underage partying allowed
• Please return all furniture and sofa bed back to original positioning. Please roll up and return memory foam mattress to closet.
No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
• No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
• All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
• Unit is left locked.
• All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
• No linens are lost or damaged.
• NO early check-in or late checkout. (without consent)
• .No firearms, fireworks, or illegal drugs
• The renter is not evicted by the owner (or representative of the owner), the local law enforcement, or the security company employed by My Community.
• 6 person maximum nightly stay
• Do not feed the Sea Gulls.
• Quiet Time 10pm-9am
• RETURN parking passes

CANCELLATIONS - A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. If you cancel 15 days before your stay you will receive a 50% refund.
MONTHLY RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS – Monthly renters must cancel 60 days prior to check-in. Monthly renters who make a change that results in a shortened stay must be made at least ninety (30) days prior to check-in. Any Cancellations made less than 60 days will lose the payment upon booking which is the 50% of the stay.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to 6 persons.
NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use.
RATE CHANGES – Rates subject to change without notice.

FALSIFIED RESERVATIONS – Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of advance payment, deposit and/or rental money, and the party will not be permitted to check in.

• The day that the authorities order a mandatory evacuation order in a "Tropical Storm/Hurricane Warning," area, we will refund:
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest currently registered;
o Any unused portion of rent from a guest that is scheduled to arrive, and wants to shorten the stay, to come in after the Hurricane Warning is lifted; and
o Any advance rents collected or deposited for a reservation that is scheduled to arrive during the "Hurricane Warning" period.
TRAVEL INSURANCE – We highly recommend all guests purchase travel insurance. If you wish to purchase travel insurance, go to www.InsureMyTrip.com for details and to purchase.
All of the units are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.

Nice, updated condo in a GREAT location!!

Stayed here for 5 nights with 4 kids and it was a great fit for our family! Sallie was easy to work with and had more extras (beach stuff, kitchen/cooking) in the condo than most. Kids loved the pool and the two outdoor spickets for rinsing off sand. Beach is soooo close with pretty view. Highly recommend!!

LOVED!

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo in Orange Beach. We felt as if we were at home in this condominium. It was really nice and clean plus we had a great view of the beach from our balcony! The home owner, Sallie, was so easy to get ahold of and worked with us in every situation the best way she could. We really appreciate her kindness. Next time we plan a trip to Orange Beach we will return here.

Outstanding!!!

My now husband and I came down from South Carolina to get married and everything was perfect!! Sallie is absolutely wonder to deal with! She goes above and beyond to make sure you're satisfied, she's so easy to talk to, and will answer all your questions! The condo is absolutely stunning! It's so clean and well maintained! My husband and I felt right and home :)

Relaxing

We really did enjoy our time here. Everything is so nice and clean. It is so handy to go out and walk the beach. The location is also ideal. Sallie is also so pleasant to work with. I could get in touch with her at anytime, and she was so accommodating.
