You'll love sliding down the waterslide and floating along on the lazy river, all while looking out onto beautiful oceanviews! Entertain a large family or several families! THE BLUEBIRD OBA is a beautiful and spacious 1958 sqft. 3 bedroom/4 bathroom beach front condo that easily accommodates 10 guests, located on the 27th floor of Phoenix West II in Orange Beach, Alabama. Enjoy a gorgeous panoramic Gulf view through the wall-to-wall, floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, or lounge on the large balcony to fully embrace the sea breeze. The unit has been recently renovated with new floors, paint, and furniture to create a light and airy beach feel throughout. Ideal for dual families or larger single families, as well as large groups! 3 very spacious bedrooms (all with en-suite bathrooms) - 2 with King bed, 1 with two Queen beds and two twin bunk beds that can easily sleep 6. Each room is equipped with a large high definition TV so everyone can watch the big game or their favorite show.
TheBluebirdOBA.... is in the Phoenix West II condo building, unit 2703 on the 27th floor.
Almost everything you need will be provided for a week at TheBluebirdOBA....! You will be provided, hand soap, dish soap, laundry detergent, shampoo, conditioner, kitchen spices, garbage bags, napkins and more! We provide much more than a starter pack! We want you to be able to start your vacation as soon as you arrive!
Our condo is one of the nicest in Orange Beach and we have tried to think of everything to make your vacation your best Orange Beach Vacation. Our nightly rates are about $200 mid-October-mid February, $400-$600 March-May and August-mid-October, and $700-$900 June-July. Please send an inquiry for your exact cost.
Enjoy the facility’s oceanfront outdoor pool, large lazy river and water slide, heated indoor pool, or one of many hot tubs and saunas! Relax on the large private white sand beach and walk to Alabama Gulf State Park to enjoy walking and biking trails!

• Spacious living room with upgraded wrap-around couch and comfy rockers that spin to easily enjoy ocean views.
• 4 high definition large screen TVs with satellite 200+ channel package
• Roomy luxury kitchen includes granite counter tops, premium appliances including full sized refrigerator, oven, flat top stove, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, blender and both standard and Keurig single cup coffee machines. Crockpot and mini food processor also available for use.

Cleaning:
• Unit fully sanitized after each visit
• All sheets and blankets are replaced each visit with newly cleaned and sanitized sheets and blankets
• All surfaces are deep cleaned
THEBLUEBIRDOBA.... is able to offer early check in for DIRECT BOOKINGS is 3 pm only, for all other bookings check in will begin at 4 pm.
Garage parking is available for a maximum of 2 vehicles (per HOA rules). Parking passes are $45 each. Parking passes will be purchased at the HOA desk upon your stay and NOT included in your quote.
A $250 security deposit is required to be paid 2 days prior to the reservation. It will be a $250 hold on the credit card and will be released 5 days after departure if there is no damage or excess cleaning needed.
A signed rental agreement and a photo id must be uploaded within 72 hours to secure the booking.
Longer (almost monthly) stays are allowed from mid October-mid March with a max of 28 days. Please message me if you have any questions.

No refund if made within 30 days however we will make exceptions if we are able to rebook the same dates.
We highly suggest travel insurance which must be booked at least 30 days before your stay.

We love the water and have looked for a place that our kids could have fun year-round. However, with 4 active kids, we have trouble using it as much as we hoped (maybe in retirement). We decided to rent it out and took control of the property ourselves after not being happy with a large property management company. We want to provide you the best possible experience without having to pack up your kitchen to make lunch (LOL!). Our goal is to allow you and your family to make lifelong memories at our place!

Winter Getaway
We had an excellent time during our two week stay (January 2024) at the Bluebird OBA. The condo is exactly as described and the views from inside and on the balcony are better than pictures can portray. The amenities provided were generous and definitely let you start your vacation when you arrive. The layout of the condo was nice with a large common area and the three large bedrooms with bathrooms were perfect for our group. Melissa’s (owner) instructions for check-in were great and the process went quickly and smoothly. The Phoenix West 2 facility was under some upgrade construction, but it did not cause any noise issues or problems with any of the other facilities. Melissa was great to work with and always responsive. She provided a good amount of information and recommendations prior to our arrival and quickly answered any questions we had before and during our stay. Would definitely stay at the Bluebird again.

Gorgeous condo with amenities that were perfect for our group! Melissa was very accommodating and quick to respond. The Bluebird OBA was very clean and comfortable. It has exceptional views of the ocean and quick access to the beach! Just checked out and already booking for next year!

This was a great place to Stay. The host has all the little stuff that you need at the beach. All you needed for this Condo was food and clothes. The details on the small stuff you have to buy for a quick trip to the beach were there. Toys for the kids. Flash lights for crab hunting. Shampoo and conditioner. All the way down to Qtips and Bandaids. It was phenomenal. The place was also Spotless and updated. Looked just like the pictures.

There's a few things left out that don't do this place justice. The entire southern wall is window that faves directly to the beach. It is 27 stories up, and you can see everything from the balcony, including the lazy river. It is close to restaurants, and there is direct access to the beach. There are also beach chairs and an umbrella for shade. On the balcony: If you sit long enough, you can see fish, sharks, and sting rays while they swim into the clear water. In June, around midnight, you can see the milky way as it passed over the balcony. The home is beautiful, the beds are comfortable, and the kitchen has all the plates and cookware you'll need, including plastic ones for the kiddos. I had not taken a vacation in 3 years and at first I was skeptical of going to a beach in Alabama. I am truly blown away at how great an experience I've had. Look nowhere else. This is the place. We even extended our trip an extra day, because it was that great, and plan to come back in the future.

Warm and inviting! Everything for guests
We were amazed at all the nice amenities left for us to use! Shampoo, snacks, coffee even laundry pods dryer sheets and more! We tried to leave some items in kindness for the next guests, just like others had! Kindness sums up this place too! Beautiful fresh decor! So clean and the best of views! I would love to go back to stay in that same set of rooms! My grandkids of all ages loved this location and we cooked and used outdoor grills and everything in tools we needed were right there handy for us. A really delightfully secure stay where we as a family were treated kindly without loud intruders or nasty behavior in front of my grandkids. Family friendly . Clean and beautiful because there is a real pride in caring for this area. Thank all of you there .
