You must cross a 4 lane road in the crosswalk to access the public beach, which is a short walk. There is a dedicated crosswalk nearby. Plenty of stores and restaurants within walking distance.
***Free covered parking for 2 mid sized cars right next to the stairwell leading up to the unit. Most people walk to nearby sights/stores/restaurants, but everything is within a short drive.

Non-smoking: All of our condos and homes are non-smoking rental properties. No smoking or vaping in the unit or on the balcony.
No house parties allowed. Violations are grounds for eviction without refund of rent. Please be respectful of other tenants and keep the noise level to a minimum after 10pm.
Absolutely no glitter in the unit. If glitter is found, there will be an additional $250 cleaning fee added.
Linen: Bed linen, blankets, pillows, and towels are provided, along with a small starter supply of laundry detergent, dryer sheets, bath soap/shampoo/conditioner, bathroom tissue, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, paper towels and garbage bags. Guests are responsible for any supplies once they run out of what is provided.
Please no hanging towels over the balcony rail.

Condo stay at Palmetto 303
I got the pleasure to stay at this condo. It was so cozy. It felt just like home. Everything was within walking distance. The beach arcades miniature gulf paddle boats bumper cars and restaurants. I would recommend this condo 100% great atmosphere and amazing accommodations. And the owner was able to meet all of my needs. Best enjoyable stay ever.
