Right in Gulf Shores, AL on West Beach Boulevard, this single-family 3 bedroom home can sleep up to 10 comfortably and keep the entire family entertained while you’re not at the beach.
Beach access is provided directly via the city boardwalk meandering alongside Little Lagoon and the Little Lagoon Pass Park and Pier. Or you can cross the street if you prefer. Spend the day at the beach or cruising along the Little Lagoon and then choose to either dine at home or at one of the many award-winning restaurants. You won’t want to miss this!
This beachside home is professionally decorated with high-end finishes. It is fully loaded with everything you need and will want from the new home smell to the community pool, bikes, multi-cade games, board games, gaming consoles for the kids, and beach equipment. BBQ, Multi-Cade Arcade, fully stocked kitchen cookware,1 king and 1 queen bedroom, plus a kids room with bunk beds, and a pull-out sofa, and did I mention you’re literally right across the street from the beach. If you're sick and tired of old run-down beach houses, then Wave N’ Sea will blow you away.

Beautiful House
This is a beautiful home in a great location. It is decorated beautifully and is stocked with everything you need. The owner is fabulous. He took every good care of us. He is a super nice guy and will get right back with you if you have any questions. We highly recommend staying here for a great vacation.

Look no further, this house is incredible! Not only is every room decorated beautifully, the beds are comfortable, the linens are exquisite and the kitchen is fully stocked! My grandson loved his bunk bed room with an arcade and Xbox. The bikes, grill, and beach accessories were all great and a nice touch. Our host was very nice and quick to respond. Highly recommend!! 5 stars!

Loved everything about the cottage and location
Loved everything about the cottage and location. Close to everything in Gulf Shores, including the beach. My son and his friend loved the bikes. My daughter and I made good use of the pool. My wife and I loved that we were within walking distance of the beach. First real vacation since Covid and it was great.

Close to restaurants and beach is not crowded!
Stayed with three kids for my oldest son's baseball tournament in Gulf Shores area. The location of this place is really nice as it's close enough to restaurants and stores yet far enough down the beach by other houses where you don't get insanely crowded beaches from the many larger hotels/condos that are in the Gulf Shores/ Orange Beach area. Since it's predominantly houses on both sides of the road in this area, it makes for far fewer people on the beach as a result.
The walk to the beach is easy and is conveniently located near a massive sand bar and waterway that connects the bodies of water on the opposite sides of the road. This was really enjoyable for the kids and adults. Adults can relax while the kids can play in the water on the massive sand bar area without worrying about the kids going too deep into the water too quickly (which I often find to be the biggest worry for me at the beach). The waterway under the bridge also made for a fun "let's do fun jumps into the water" activity for older kids as well.
All 3 bedrooms have their own bathrooms plus the additional full bathroom on the main level made this home very efficient for 4 people to get ready for the day simultaneously.
Would recommend this home for a place to crash at the end of the day after being out all day. The common area of the home has a table for 6 and 2 couches, but not a lot of other space to spread out. For myself and 3 kids it was fine, but 2 families would be a little tighter with more adults if you intend to stay inside some days. If you are getting out daily like we were, it's perfect.
There are 3 bikes and a grill with the house (we didn't use them) and a community pool. The pool is much bigger in person than the pictures (I thought it was more of a kiddie pool from the pictures). We didn't use the pool but other people in the community do as it was frequently in use during the day when we'd come back to the house. It easily had 20 people in and around it regularly with plenty of room to spare.
The TV is large, it's a smart TV connected to the internet so you can log into your own Netflix, YouTube, etc accounts to watch shows at night. The Free Wi-Fi was fast and held up just fine to Zoom calls I did during the day for work.

Beautiful home; peaceful vacation
Booking was so easy and communication with the owner was wonderful! He was very helpful! The house was perfectly described. It is a beautiful house in a convenient and quiet location close to the lagoon and the beach. I plan to book it again!

Beautiful house!!
We loved this house and community! Very convenient to the beach and pool. Very clean and great for big families. We had plenty of room and it had everything we needed. The fact they provide beach chairs, umbrella, toys, etc was a huge plus. Michael is the very best when it comes to property owners. He is quick to communicate and wants your stay to be nothing short of amazing. We will definitely be back!
