Lani Kai is a low density walk-up building, 2 levels of stairs, no elevator.

If calmer waters is what you’re lookin for, Little Lagoon is a 10-mile-long saltwater lagoon that is little more than a ½-mile wide and is separated from the Gulf of Mexico by a ½-mile stretch of sand dunes and West Beach Boulevard. You can even launch your boat at Mo’s Landing Park just 3miles away.
