Watch your children play in the pool from your front porch or the golfers on the 14th hole of Kiva Dunes from your back porch. Hot tub in the courtyard with 2 pools and sand volleyball court just steps away. The boardwalk at the South end of the courtyard takes you on a short walk to the beautiful white sand beach. This resort has 7 pools (one inside), 5 hot tubs, steam room, saunas, 8 tennis courts (rackets and balls provided), basketball, shuffleboard, horseshoes, putting green and restaurant on site. Alabama’s golf course Kiva Dunes and restaurant is adjacent.

We try to keep as many beach amenities as possible so you have to pack less, including but not limited to: beach wagon, umbrella, beach chairs, sand castle toys, floats, flashlights for crabbing, bicycles, etc. Also on the back porch is a cozy porch swing! Take a book and read while listening to the sounds of the beach animals.
What's Nearby:
The beach is about a 500-foot walk, Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge is also near and has more than six miles of hiking trails to all kinds of beaches around the area. Fort Morgan is also within driving distance, with a ferry that takes you to Dauphin Island.

Guests will have access to six outdoor pools & two outdoor hot tubs on the Gulf Shores Plantation grounds plus one indoor pool, hot tub, and sauna in the Dome Area of Bldg 4.
Due to Hurricane Sally in 2020, the resort that this property is located on may have noticeable repairs as you enter the resort or complexes. This beach home has been completely remodeled after Hurricane Sally damage. Access to resort amenities and parking at the resort may be limited. However, this property has it's own parking for 2 cars.
Parking Notes: Parking available in driveway. No extra charge for parking when renting a cottage.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Maximum guests=9
Not recommended for the elderly due to the amount of steps to get inside the home.
