Additional Info

- Must be 25 years old or older to book and the person renting must stay in the unit the entire length of the stay.
- All Stays must check in on Friday, Saturday or Sunday during June and July unless approved ahead of time by the Host.
- A $200 refundable security deposit will be requested after you last payment is made through the AirBNB resolution center. This deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of checkout if nothing is damaged or no major rules listed here are broken.
- Additional guests over the number listed on the reservation can result in extra fees or eviction from the unit without refund. The number of guests will be verified by a RING video on check-in or if there is a complaint by security. If the number of guests change approval is needed prior to checking in. Although AirBNB does not count children under 2 years old in the total number our building association and fire marshal does so children under 2 must be counted.
- This condo is meant for families and a maximum of 4 adults are allowed without prior approval.
- No parties or illegal activity permitted. At any time no more than 8 guests are allowed in the unit.
- The Building is a NO SMOKING Building, No Smoking in Unit, Balcony or any common areas of the building. A fee of $150 per night will be charged for violation of the No Smoking Rule and can result in your reservation being cancelled with no refund.
- Late checkout fee is $50/30 minutes after 10 a.m. without prior approval. If guest has not left by 12 noon they are responsible for an extra night as a fee but not entitled to stay an extra night without prior approval. Any extra fees incurred by the owner including but not limited to expedited cleaning fees or any refunds to the next guest will be charged to renter.
- Refunds are only given for mandatory evacuations of Baldwin County due to Tropical Storms and Hurricanes.
- This is a vacation rental agreement subject to the provisions of Section 11-100 of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Gulf Shores. Guest expressly acknowledges and accepts the right of owner or owner’s authorized agent to remove or cause the removal of Guest and Guest’s invitees and permittees from the premises for any of the reasons enumerated, and in the manner provided, in Section 11-100.
- Grand Beach Resort Condominiums amenities are not guaranteed. Periodically pools, hot tubs, internet, cable and elevators will malfunction without notice. Since these items are out of the control of S&T Condos no refunds will be made. If there are known/planned closures of amenities you will be notified either at booking or if notification comes out after booking you will be contacted and offered a refund if requested.
