No smoking, no vaping, no pets
Resort Rules
· Pets are not permitted anywhere in Resort except for Service Animals with official
documentation.
· All guests must adhere to speed limit signs throughout Resort.
· Quiet hours are from 11pm-7am. All pools are closed during these hours and guests
should respect other guests quiet time.
· Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult while in the swimming pool
areas.
· Little swimmers swim shorts must be worn by all babies in the pool.
· No skateboards are allowed on the property.
· Bikes and roller blades are not permitted in buildings.
· For guest safety, please do not feed the birds.
· Guests are required to use headphones or ear buds when in common areas such as
pool and athletic court area.
· Smoking is NOT permitted in the Condo, Condo Building, Resort property or the
Beach. (Please see the designated area.)
· Please remove all items from the beach at sunset. The beach is cleaned nightly and
ALL items will be thrown away.
· Dunes are protected and walking on them is not permitted.
· Please do not disturb sea turtles on the beach or their babies as they make their way
to the water.
· No golf chipping is allowed anywhere on the property.
Beach Condo Rules
· Pets are not permitted on the resort property or in the Condo.
· Smoking is not permitted in the Beach Condo or on the balcony. This is a safety
issue!
· Smoking is only allowed in a designated area on the ground level.
· Parking passes will need to be purchased at the front desk
· Please do not rearrange or remove furnishings, glassware, or linens from the
condo.
· Please do not sit on indoor furniture and bedspreads while wearing wet swimming
suits or sunscreen. If this occurs, you will be charged to replace the linens or furniture.
· Please remove all trash from the residence and place it in the trash dumpster on
premises.
· Please do not remove bath towels or linens from the condo.
· Please close all windows and doors. Re-lock any windows that have been unlocked.
· Please do not remove makeup with white washcloths. We provide black washcloths.
· In consideration for other guests in the resort, please abide by the quiet hours of
11pm-7am.
· Please be considerate of the furnishings by not jumping or standing on them.
· Please care for the condo as if you were a guest in the residence of a family
member.
Conditions for a refund:
50% deposit required to save your reservation. The remaining is due 30 days prior to check in. Full refunds will be given 30 days prior to check in and 50% refunded 14 days prior to check in. No refund less than 14 days. Full refunds will be given if the Governor declares a State of Emergency or a Stay Order is put in place and the beaches are closed.
Conditions for Return of Damage Deposit
· Condo is left in reasonably clean condition which does not require extra
care from cleaning personnel.
NO GLITTER OF ANY KIND should be brought into the condo (an extra $200.00 cleaning fee will be added in addition to the $250 damage deposit and the cleaning fee that has already been paid)
· All towels, linens, and bedding are accounted for and are free of stains in excess of
normal use.
· Bedding and furniture are free of stains and damage.
· Walls are free of gouges, scratches, and holes.
· All items in the Condo are accounted for after inventory by cleaning
personnel.
· Nothing is missing, damaged, or broken.
· DO NOT LEAVE CHILDREN on the balcony unattended. We will not be responsible
for any accidents that potentially occur.
· Condo is free of water damage resulting from windows and doors left open
or plumbing mishaps.
· The Condo is free of evidence of smoking inside or on the balcony.
· The Condo is free of evidence of the presence of pets.
· All TV remotes are accounted for.
· Note: We understand occasional damage to dishes can occur due to accidents. In these instances, no reduction in the damage deposit will occur as long as the damage is not intentional or widespread. We ask you notify us of the damaged or broken dishes so future guests can receive full enjoyment of the Condo.
Check Out Procedures
· Place all dirty dishes in the dishwasher and run them through a cleaning cycle. If
time permits, please put the dishes away.
· Take all trash out to the trash chute.
· Close all windows.
· Lock all doors.
· Place all towels and washcloths on the floor of the bathrooms.
· Place all sheets in a neat stack on the floor at the foot of the bed
· Once out of the residence, send a text to Rhonda 317-919-8282 as well as me Julie 314-482-9995
to let us know the cleaning personnel can begin the cleaning process for the next guests.
