Come relax and enjoy the beautiful white sandy beaches just steps from your stay at Harbor House - B11. The condo has 2 bedrooms/1 bath and sleeps up to 6. We are located on the first floor w/ FREE reserved 2-car parking below the unit. Exit your vehicle to the smell of salt in the air and proceed to one flight of stairs (yes, with a gulf view) as there is no elevator. A personalized touch-key door code unlocks your stay in paradise. Inside, you will find a fully equipped kitchen, with a washer/dryer combo. The living/dining area has plenty of seating and if needed, the sofa becomes a sleeper. Gulf views can be achieved from the private balcony, front door, and both bedrooms. The master has a dual chamber SLEEP NUMBER bed (queen), a roomy chest and a nifty side chair, but we already know you will want to proceed to the master balcony door to take in the sights of our heated gulf front pool while enjoying sounds of the Gulf. The guest room has queen & twin beds. Additionally, it has a retro feature: that of a vanity area with a sink. Odd? Yes, we thought so too, however our three daughters love it! We are excited for you -- You are going to want to stay here FOREVER! Harbor House is a small, low-density, family friendly complex located directly on the beach. It is walking distance to great restaurants (such as Bahama Bob’s), shopping, and just under a mile from the Hangout (close, but not too close). Pier 33 convenience store & West Beach Coffee House is directly across the street.

It is customary for short term rental properties to provide a “starter kit” which consists of starter amenities to get you through the first day or two of your stay. Typical items include: shampoo/conditioner, hand/body soap, dish soap, a dishwasher and laundry pod. Other basic items household items such as a paper towel roll, a few toilet paper rolls, and trash bags are also provided upon every turn.

What to bring: beach towels, sunscreen and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

• (2) parking passes are located inside the unit. Shortly after arrival, please place them in your vehicle(s). It is very important upon check out that you return these back to the unit or you will incur an additional fee up to $50.
• (2) gate fobs are located next to the fridge; you will need a fob to enter/exit the beach and pool gates. If you lose a fob, you will be charged $50/each. No exceptions.

Additional Info

• Must be 25 years old. No exceptions.
• Harbor House Association does not allow guests to bring pets (including emotional support animals). Sorry, we too love our fur-babies, but some have allergies.
• This is a non-smoking unit.
• Due to fire code all Harbor House units' maximum capacity is SIX. Over occupancy can result in immediate eviction per Baldwin County Ordinance without refund.
• Noise ordinance hours are from 11pm to 7am. Please respect your neighbors.
