Magnolia will be receiving a full renovation at the end of February! All new stainless steel appliances, beds, bedding, linens, bed frames, towels, cookware, table, couch, EVERYTHING!

Sit out on the balcony in our beautiful all weather Adirondack chairs and enjoy a nice glass of wine at the end of the night and enjoy the beautiful gulf sunset! Want to have some shade? We have an umbrella out there as well!
Rainy day? We have you covered with an Apple TV for all your streaming pleasures as well as some fun family games and decks of cards!
Ready for the beach! We supply 2 nice beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach wagon, boogie boards, AND sand toys!! Never have a dull moment while enjoying our beautiful sugar sand beach and beautiful clear water!
Our complex is perfect for families! It's right on the sand and you don't have to worry about elevators or walking through a huge complex to get to your door. Simply walk up the stairs and you're at the door! This is wonderful for families with small children and diaper changes or bathroom runs. or even just sending someone up for some more cold beverages!
