#beach355- Our unit has been remodeled/updated 2021-22- the unit is decorated with Pacific Northwest (Washington State) meets Gulf of Mexico LA vibes. Clean lines and tidy- Our unit has unobstructed Panoramic views of the amazing teal Gulf of Mexico. There is wall to wall fresh new paint with modern wood vinyl plank floors. The kitchen has been completely updated with modern cabinets, marble solid surfaces and stainless appliances. It is fully stocked for all your meal prepping needs. If you prefer to grill there are charcoal grills on the West side of the property for our guests to use. The Master suite has a new king sized mattress topped w/luxury linens. There is an adjoining full bath. The guest bedroom has a queen bed with a full dresser and closet for ample storage. Both rooms have new linens and bedding. There are two Tv‘s in the unit, a smart TV w/ Roku in the living room and the other in the master suite both having Dish Network services. There Is free secure WiFi throughout the unit. All the furniture within the living space was purchased 2021-22- This year to kick off the 2021 season the unit will include TWO beach chairs and ONE umbrella set up at 9am and will be collected at 5 pm for the duration of your stay subject to weather and Suncoast beach services guidelines this will start mid March - mid October.
