This 2nd floor 2 bedroom, 2 bath updated condo is located in a quiet, yet close to everything, part of Orange Beach. The complex itself is secluded and quiet. No elevators to wait on or parking deck! You can avoid the crowds at Romar Village. The Master bedroom features a Queen bed, and full bath. The second bedroom features Queen bed and a bath. The comfortable living area features a new queen size pull out couch with gel foam mattress. There is access from both bedrooms and living area to a great balcony that overlooks the pool. The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need with up to date appliances, including a Keurig coffee maker. There is also washer and dryer and WIFI. Romar Village is in a great location. It’s across the street from the beach. Public Beach access is within walking distance or 2 minute drive. The Dollar General is next door for all of your essentials. Shops, great restaurants, Arcade, Adventure Island (go carts and ride attractions) are withIn walking distance. The World Famous Flora-Bama Bar is about a 7 min drive. Waffle House within a close walking distance. There is boat parking available. Cotton Boyou boat launch is a mile down the road. This is a great place to bring the family boat for your time on the water. You can hang out at one of the islands near Perdido Pass, stop by tacky jacks for great food or their world famous bush whacker, hit up some other great water front restaurants, or catch a fish of a lifetime. If you love to bike or hike, Gulf State Park borders the back side of the complex. This beautiful state park has 34 miles of hiking and biking trails, 3 lakes, a gulf side pier, and many more attractions. There is a ton of shopping near by. You have the little boutiques on the main drag, Tanger outlets in Foley, and The Wharf is about 10-15 mins away. There is so much to do, you will need to come back! There’s just not enough time. There is parking for 2 cars under the unit, and overflow parking for extra cars or boat in the back of the complex. Come share your vacation and memories in beautiful Orange Beach, Al. Romar Village is close to it all. If your a outdoors person who likes to bike or hike, you have Gulf State Park minutes away with over 30 miles of biking/hiking trails. If you love the beach, then walk right across the street or drive 2 min and park at Romar Beach State Access. If you bring your boat, then Cotton Bayou boat ramp is within 2 miles so put in and cruise to the nearest sand bar, stop by Tacky Jacks for some food and drinks, or find your spot to fish. If you like to shop, theres plenty of that. Tanger outlets are about 15-20 min away, The Warf is about 15 min away, as well as many other shops and boutiques min down the road. If you want to just hang out and have some drinks the world famous FloraBama bar is 7 min away, but there are plenty of other gulf front or bay front restaurants and bars. If you have kids, or just want to be a kid yourself there are plenty of amusement parks around. Adventure Island is maybe a mile away, if that, featuring go carts, 2 arcades, and other rides. OWA is about 20 min, there are also other gd karts, putt putt, and a water park near by. This place really has something for everyone. Come enjoy all Orange Beach has to offer.
