This is a lovely, beachfront condo, ready to welcome two families, or 11-12 people. We just added a sofa-sleeper to replace a lounger.
The balcony has a beautiful panoramic view that overlooks a private beach and comfy furniture with new cushions that include a sofa loveseat, 2 tables, 4 chairs, and 2 new recliners.
The 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms add to your comfort.
The beautiful master has an on-suite with a jetted tub and separate shower. The guest bedroom also has an on-suite with a combination tub/shower. The colorful bunk-bedroom sleeps 5 and is connected to a hall bathroom with a tub/shower combo.
Every room has a TV and fan.
The living room has a new 70 inch TV, the master bedroom has a new 68 inch TV and the guest bedroom has a large 58 inch TV.
The kitchen is fully-equipped with updated stainless steel appliances, a George Foreman Grill, a griddle, slow-cooker, a regular coffee pot, and a blender. The Wet bar has a Margarita machine.
The Laundry has a new LG Washer & Dryer.
The condo has wireless 5g internet, cable TV, and a phone with free local call service.
There is a free air pump on the right side of the garage.
The reception/lounge area and office are on the 3rd
floor where you can find brochures and coupons.
The fitness center and sauna are to the right of the office.
You can go down to the beach from the 3rd floor or the 1st.
There are charcoal BBQ pits in a special area available for your use.
Smoking is allowed in this area.
You can rent beach tables and chairs on the beach from Suncoast Beach Service--www.suncoastbeachservice.com Remember to bring your beach towels.
Great restaurants are located less than a block away along with many options for relaxing nightlife.
The beaches are great and the private pool has been enhanced with beautiful palm trees and canopies.
Shopping and fun activities are all located nearby.

We just installed a new, top of the line, Schlage deadbolt lock. Our condo has been safe. We have private security guards for your added safety. The day you leave for your vacation, contact me for the keycode to the lock.
We just put new comforters on the beds May 12, 2022.
The zero-entry pool which is great for small children, has been enhanced with beautiful palm trees and canopies.
When you come in from the beach, please remember to rinse the sand off at the shower before you come into the condo.
Pets are not allowed due to owners and some guests having pet allergies.
Guests purchase their parking passes from a kiosk on the 3rd floor. Passes are $40 each and are good for your entire stay.
