You come to the beach to see and enjoy THE BEACH! This unit has Stunning views of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony.

Upon entering your unit the first thing you'll notice is that it's clean, crisp, updated and very well appointed. The bedroom with beautiful King bed, ample closet and TV are to your right.

As you walk down the hall to the left you'll find a Pair of twin XL bunk beds which children of all ages will love (with plenty of room and storage underneath for your beach necessities). To the right is the remodeled bathroom with new vanity/granite top (matching the kitchen counter tops) and tiled walk-in shower with beautiful glass doors.

You'll also find the in unit washer/dryer combo conveniently located in the hallway closet.

Exiting the bathroom to the right you'll walk into the fully remodeled kitchen area with newer stainless-steel appliances, Venetian Gold granite counter-tops and everything you'll need to make memorable meals at the beach. Beyond the kitchen is the dining and living areas then of course the balcony with stunning views of the beach and Gulf.

The counter-top has 3 bar-stools and the perfect height dining table has 4 chairs. You've got a beautiful desk for a laptop or work area plus a comfy chairs and a beautiful sleeper sofa for extra guests and big screen TV with DVD player. The free WIFI is great for down time when you need to run your devices.

Step out of the new sliding glass doors onto your private balcony and hear the sound of the surf - nothing is more calming or soothing!

Other amenities include outdoor pool with chairs tables and loungers, BBQ grills and a boardwalk between the building and the sugar sand beach.

Additional Property Information

Beachfront Perfection is special to us because it's a low density building with only 9 floors and 30 units. This means much less competition for a piece of the beach vs. the larger complexes with many more units and ultimately guests on the beach!

The views are fabulous and the sound of the ocean is so calming when you sit on the balcony. This unit faces the beach and ocean - it's simply awesome!

Our unit was completely remodeled and redecorated not too long before we purchased it. The previous owners spared no expense to update the unit even down to replacing the sliding glass doors to the balcony and adding a hurricane door.

Everything you need is included except your personal items, food, etc. You'll receive a roll of TP in each bathroom and a roll of PT in the kitchen so bring some extra with you.
