Spectacular Beach front condo with views of the Gulf of Mexico. Pleasantly furnished and decorated with a tropical feel, this 2 BR, 2 Bath, seventh floor unit will help create lasting memories. Relax on your own private balcony while watching dolphins swim in the gulf.

This condo has all the amenities you need to enjoy your beach vacation. The living area has plenty of room, 9’ ceilings throughout, and comfortable furnishings so you can relax. A 52” flat screen TV with Blueray player.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need, even a few items you may not have at home. On the patio you will find a table with four chairs, a lounge, and additional seating. Inside, the dining room table has 6 chairs. There is a wet bar with ice maker and four bar stools at the bar.

Both bedrooms have private bathrooms. In the master bedroom suite is a king-sized bed and access to the balcony. The master bath has whirlpool tub, large tile shower, double vanity and large walk in closet. Your guest bedroom has a new queen pillow top bed and a 32” flat screen TV and access to a full bathroom.

All linens are provided, and no need to bring your entire wardrobe – a full size washer and dryer are included in the unit. The complex is conveniently located near shopping, grocery stores, drug stores as well as dinning and all types of entertainment.

There are 5 swimming pools, 4 outdoor hot tubs, a heated indoor pool and hot tub, tennis court and a fully equipped exercise room with a view of the gulf. The complex provides easy and convenient beach access from the pool area. A $125.00 cleaning fee will be added to each rental. A local tax of 13% will be applied to the total charge. Tenants must be 25 years of age to sign a contract agreement.

Additional Property Information

We have owned four properties in Orange Beach. We have owned units in Tidewater, Phoenix East, and now in Seachase. Without a doubt SeaChase amenities are second to none. We love the location and are ready to spend more time enjoying the Alabama Gulf coast.

There are three buildings each with their own separate pool and a splash pad. You have access to all the indoor and outdoor pools and hot tubs as a guest . Example... four outdoor pools including a Zero-edge (entry) and infinity pool, two saunas, state of the art fitness center and a children's wading pool. Guarded entrance 24/7 no one can get past the guard unless you are a guest.

A $200.00 security deposit is required per stay. Responsible members of the rental party must be 25 years of age to sign the rental agreement.
