This unit is located on the 4th floor of a six story building and has been recently remodeled. Updated interior, tile showers, tile and plank flooring in all living areas. Stainless appliances, granite countertops, ceiling fans in living room and both bedrooms as well as flat screen TVs. This unit is kid friendly as the Guest bedroom includes a queen bed as well a single with trundle. Both bedrooms have attached tile/granite bathrooms.

The unit has a washer and dryer inside. Wireless internet access is provided. There is a large flat screen TV in both the living room and the Master bedroom. Kitchen seating includes a large bar that seats three and a table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped including a Kuerig. Free Wifi.

The complex has the following: Pool, Outdoor - Shower, outdoor - Elevator - BBQ area -Private Balcony - Parking, 2 cars maximum . Holiday and Festival dates, HOA only allows one vehicle per unit due to high occupancy. Please note only one parking space is assigned. Others are first come first serve. Parking during peak season can be limited.

Kitchen seating includes a large bar that seats 3 and a table that seats four. The kitchen is fully equipped. This condo is sparkling clean and is located to the left side of the building. If you are looking at the building from the street, it is towards the front corner on the beach side. The balcony faces East with the view of the beach/gulf and State Park Pier.

Island Sunrise is directly on the Gulf and in the center of all the activity in Gulf Shores. The unit is walking distance to restaurants, shopping, the State Park Pier and the Hangout - the legendary live music venue. Our unit is the perfect location to stay for the local festivals such as Shrimp Fest, The Hangout Music Fest. The Hangout offers Live Music every night, great food, and a play area for the kids. For breakfast, try out Sea-n-Suds Restaurant right on the beach.

Waffle House is across the street ,the pancake house is a short walk or enjoy a cup of coffee on our beach balcony as you watch the sunrise over the pier.

May 22- August 14 rentals will be 5 night minimum. Check in or out will need to be on Saturday.

Hang out festival, Memorial day, 4th of July, and Labor Day weeks, our HOA only allows one parking pass per unit. Nothing I can do on this rule. You can also text me with any questions 615-500-1074.

Additional Property Information

All rentals are keyless. You will receive your information packet and codes prior to your arrival. You will be able to chose your own door code. No need to check in. We are not currently processing credit cards due to fees. We can accept Venmo, PayPal Goods & Services option is fine, or checks.

A 200.00 damage deposit is required to rent this unit. Deposit will be refunded within 24 hours of checkout. Once the cleaning is completed and no damage is indicated, I will refund the 200.00 either venmo, paypal or I will be happy to mail you a check if you prefer.

Island Sunrise is a low density complex with only 60 units. You are right on the beach. My unit is on the east side of the building facing the Gulf State Pier. You have an unobstructed gorgeous view. Please see the many balcony photos. However, you do not have a view to the West.

1. CHECK-IN TIME BEGINS AT 4 P.M. CST AND CHECK-OUT IS 10 A.M. CST. NO Early Check-in or late check-out. Unless prior arrangement is made with owner.

2. This is a NON-SMOKING property. Smoking is permitted outside or on balconies if all windows and doors remain shut. If the property has been smoked in, smells of smoke or if cigarette butts are not disposed of properly, an additional cleaning fee of $350.00 will be assessed.

3. PETS - Pets are not permitted. A minimum $300 fee will be assessed if a pet is found to have been in the rental property. Un-authorized pets in a property will result in eviction with no refund.

4. AGE REQUIREMENT – The age restriction is 25. It is the Guest’s responsibility to ensure that they are of age to rent. No reservations will be made or honored to anyone or groups underage. Person named on the agreement must occupy the property. Underage drinking and/or partying are not allowed. Non-compliance of these rules and regulations will result in immediate eviction with no return of any and all payments made.

Additional Info

We do offer a military and first responder discount to the named renter or spouse. Unfortunately, due to people trying to utilize that discount that are not active duty/retired military or first responders, we would verify that discount.
