Welcome to My Happy Place! This 3 bedroom, 2 bath home is perfectly situated on Little Lagoon with a private boat dock with boat lifts and private pool. Our home has been recently renovated with ample use of color and whimsical touches. The main floor has an open, airy living, dining and kitchen area as well as the Master suite, complete with private bath and access to the main floor shared deck. The Master has a King bed and a set of Twin bunks. The living room has two sleeper sofas. Upstairs you’ll find two more bedrooms. Each has a Queen bed and a set of Twin bunks. Both have balcony access and share a Jack & Jill bath. In all, My Happy Place will comfortably accommodate up to 16 guests. *Not valid Easter week. Unfortunately, this property is not available to student spring break groups. Families and those over age 25 are welcome!
